Rain Man has its effects on emotions

I can't really think of any romance off the top of my head at the moment.

Mozart and the whale.

If you know/have Asperger then you will love it. If you don't then it will suck.

ps, Spielberg was originally asked to direct but could not as he was too busy at the time. Still a great film

The 1962 film "David and Lisa"... "David" seems to have AS, though we didn't know about it back then

It's a love story, very good for "love and dating."

LITTLE VOICE....LV is totally an aspie...as is her love interest played by Ewan McGregor.
um...

Well..the movie I saw recently Spiral....the ending is rather disturbing...but the main character has alot of AS traits...and if it wasn't so disturbing, I guess it could be a good romantic film....

I am in agreement with Punch Drunk Love...I like the mention of Harold and Maude..Bud Cort also plays a rather ASish character in Brewster McClowd..

There are otehr movies not mentioned yet...need to think of themImage

Similar to Wall-E how about the 1980s "Short Circuit"?

Nell? AI? Immortal Beloved? Interview with the Vampire? Basquiat?

I think that maybe in Gone with the Wind, Rhett is a bit Aspie-ish and Scarlett is definitely a Narcissist, I've heard the two types often hook up.

How about Don Quixote?

Affirmative, this is a good film. I would probably suggest a range of various documentaries, but there's usually somewhat limited in scope to my fields of interest. I've found that most people who can laugh together do quite well together, so comedy is an option. I would probably recommend various works of George Carlin and Bill Hicks for starters. Idiocracy is always a good film to watch, too.
