Not so easy to find such a person, let alone in my neck of woods.

You claim to be from New England. I don't like to generalize but that's about as liberal you can get for starters. As odd as it is to say that pretty much describes me though.

Not presumptious

Likes cats is a must.

Doesn't take himself too serious.

Good hygene is a must.

Isn't a drunk.

Eyes..they're the first thing that strikes me and I've never really seen threads about how sexy a pair of eyes can be and can emanate a certain reception.

Other than that, it depends. I don't think about that certain someone being a very particular way. I like a few surprises..good ones if you know what I mean. :P

My claim is true.

My comment was not saying that these states as a whole are not liberal (and, of course, there are other pockets of liberalism throughout the country, in other states).
My post was in reference to my town, and to finding compatible* matches, on basis of not only political/cultural/societal attitude but other factors in addition (within same individual).
*(Admit that "compatible" encompasses plethora of hard-to-pinpoint important variables, too numerous to list here. Thus, in my post I only wrote a few of the factors that matter to me).

Am one of those folks who cannot drive & is most comfortable at home-thus my search for friendship or romance has narrow geographical confines. Unfortunately, that rules out a lot of otherwise potentially viable relationships, merely due to distance between locations.

Why is that odd to say (about yourself) ?

Ok well that makes things a bit more clear, and I'm not sure why I said that's odd. I think because I was trying to make the point because it describes me well but I didn't want to come across as pandering.

patient. even tempered and forgiving. wants to live in florida. at least 4 inches taller than me, but the taller the better. fun. i can make him laugh. he thinks i'm funny, i think he's funny. clever. functional to the point of keeping a job, because one of us needs to. has similar beliefs about having/raising children and religion. good teeth. decent kisser. doesn't have to love cats, but must at least tolerate them.

bonuses would be- dark hair and eyes, speaks more than 1 language, likes the same kind of music and food as i do, very physically attractive, in shape, avid reader, understands computers, no children, no dogs.

You, being very attractive and based on your post, I'm guessing have had your share of sh***y guys? :-/

haha yes! i have this theory also! but it also applies in the context of being less social (but not necessarily less attractive)

my cute and sociable friend is always getting attention from a wide range of guys and is somewhat jealous of the fact that i tend to attract a much much smaller number of "higher quality" guys who are all more similar to me due to my introverted/anti-social nature

in terms of what i find attractive... for some reason i've always been into bone structure... especially strong jawlines... i don't know if it's because i have quite a square/strong jawline for a female, but i just don't find 'weak-looking' jaws and chins attractive... and then the usual other stuff that other people have already mentioned

Based on your posts and your picture, I doubt you'll have a problem finding someone like that.

you'd be surprised

yup, but the funny thing is.... I DON'T EVEN LOOK FOR BAD BOYS.

I hate bad boys or macho, aggressive men.

I like me like me shy, quiet, reserved, private and not a wild child or party animal. People are amazing, they can fool you and play a part so well. Most times I have my eyes on the "nerdy" guys in class, not the typical "geeks" you watch on tv and stuff, just the cute quiet smart guy that only has a few friends not some jock with ladies all over him. I attract the bad ones though :( and they play that sweet, sensitive good boy I want, then after few months.....they become these monsters that I don't like in people and I leave. Same goes with friends or whatever you call them, if I can't feel like myself with them and that I'm trying to hard to please them, I disappear. It sucks to be alone at times with no friends, but I rather be alone then with fake people.

Ok I asked nicely then but now I'm going to have to assume, and I can pretty much promise you you're not going to like it.

Maybe because we are autistics and don't look at eyes often?!

Funny, I can't even recall the eyes' colors of most of my coworkers and my colleagues. There's a countless of times when someone asks me about someone by referring to his/her eyes'color. ie. "(in party) someone:hey, what's the name of the green eyed girl that you were just talking to her over there? me: which one had the green eyes??"

Threads like these show up a lot, and I always end up posting in them. Sigh.

Short version...

Appearance:
Sigh, like her:
Image

Long crimson hair, gothic, black lipstick and eyeliner, pretty corset-dresses, slender and shapely figure, boobs (I'm sorry I just like them...lol)...

Personality:
Compassionate, weird, mature, selfless, honest, romantic, sexual (a little perverted), sweet, intelligent, funny, creative/artistic, comforting, confident, sensual, seductive, idealistic but cynical....

Other:
In my general age range (18-25), we have a lot in common, we have similar taste in art and music. Loves Evanescence and Marilyn Manson type of music.

Doesn't:
Like BDSM, smoke, do drugs, practice any religion or spirituality, cheat, want kids.
