I don;t find physical attraction very important at all. In fact, I find it to be misleading. It distracts you from getting to know the person more often than not.

I can't comment on whether I would find you attractive because you weight and height are not the only factors I use to judge such things.

Well look at the MMA fighter Dan Hornbuckle. He is 6'2" and 170 pounds so just look at his body for example

Irrelevant. He's not YOU so I cannot judge your attractiveness using him.

Weight and height are not the only things that matter when judging if someone is attractive or not. Some look good with your height/weight, and some don't.

So... pics or it didn't happen.

You seem to be failing to grasp that for a lot of us, looks really aren't that important.

Oh ... the horror.

I'll tell you, for most (all?) of my eight-year marriage, my wife considered herself overweight. (I always wondered, over-what-weight?) She just couldn't accept herself as she was; and worse, she couldn't accept me for accepting her as she was. She always doubted my feelings for her. Eating disorders, dangerous diets, all sorts of mood-altering pills, and several weightloss surgeries later, she was still a "failure." And so was our marriage. Her body image, which led to horrible self-esteem, wreaked havoc on our relationship. It was far from the sole cause of our breakup, but it certainly contributed. I like to think that I was really there for her in this regard, but it took a toll on me, too. I really felt like being supportive, accepting, encouraging was enough. I just got sooo frustrated that I couldn't seem to come up with the grand gesture that was going to make her weight issues disappear for her -- if not physically, then at least mentally. But, it was never enough. I saw her last week, and she looks great. She's lost weight (not enough, of course), and she has a new boyfriend (who she believes must think she's too fat). So sad...

Anyway, sorry for the downer of a story. But friends, this is what we're doing as a society to perfectly wonderful, lovable women. I think a few people who participated in this thread would probably do well to reconsider some of the things they posted.

Honestly, fat is attractive. Those fleshy bellies. Those round, generous, kind faces with smiles. Their gently flirtatious and wise manner.

Hawt.

Can't all be t'same now, can we? ;)

Maybe one day society will realize that having a huge set of hips to grab onto is a good thing.

true but I also have a big stomach, like santa...

I have always envied pear shaped women. I would love to have bigger hips.

It's not as great as it seems. It's impossible to find pants that fit, and wearing a belt just wads up the waist and looks silly.

With a big bust, you always look like you are trying to be a porno actress unless you wear certain styles.

Yes, I know. People always talk to them, too.

... and try to be slick about it. Yes dude, I can tell where you're looking. *eye roll*

Big hips, nice soft bellies, and big busts are all great. :)
