I am not going to starve myself for some unrealistic goal, once I got down to 112.Only by not eating hardly anything.I'll keep my few extra pounds,I am too short to ever look like a model.
You can only do so much with your body type, all the dieting in the world will not give me a wasp waist or longer legs.I am not built that way.

Just the same way I'm not going to start having 80% of my food intake be supplements and taking illegal growth hormones to reach the body level that schneekugel and others talk about. Not only is it not healthy i don't think it is attractive at all.

Me too, all these women can go and suck a lemon.
most lifters dont inject hgh at least imo...although there are more people on steroids than anyone would guess. problem is, people who take steroids often times lack work ethic and even on steroids dont look as good as someone who has trained naturally. dont let that fool you though, steroids ARE magic. studies show time and time again, a guy who sits on his ass eating chips all taking steroids at moderate doses will blow past the natural lifter doing everything right. It is similar to how people build muscle in puberty even without lifting. dont let anyone tell you differently.

Part of what i like about lifting is that it conditions my MIND to be mentally tough. I have to fight for every ounce of muscle/strength i gain. knowing it's up to me to improve each week, makes me fight for every rep.

i also lift at home with a powerrack to spot me so i dont do cheater reps like wolfyboy in the smith machine

So many "medical experts" are posting, and not one of them is a doctor.

What I am asking is: Do women try to attract men more than men try to attract women?

It depends on the girl. Men and women try to attract each other all the time. It's a hunting game for men so we have to step up our game and financial gains to attract women of our taste. Women, on the other hand, work on their looks more they can gain material possessions by the men on top of the food chain.
