I've actually been thinking about getting a really loose perm. Maybe.
I haven't had my hair cut or done at all since 2019.

Me too. I'm just tired of straight hair or doing rag curls. I have a nice hair guy if I can get the courage to ask for an appointment with no music, dim lights, and no one else in the shop. I think he'd do it but I feel weird asking.
