So you mean they have the social skills and intelligence. Can that be acquired with practice though, especially after reading books on how to get women, or no?

depends on the intelligence. you have to be pretty bright and pretty NT-like [lacking the typical aspie addlements and comorbids] to put on the act without a hitch, at its best [for the brightest] it is second-nature but never 100% organically natural. for most of us, it is patently an unnatural act, it is too buggy and too slow, "too much latency" in computerese. there are some [mediocre] actors who for the life of them just could not do accents [like john wayne and kevin costner, et al], accent coaches were worthless. same for being on the spectrum with these kinds of social addlements. it cannot be just an act as one knows it is very tough to flawlessly keep up a deception without something eventually slipping and giving the game away.

Rodger wouldn't even consider that option. Had he done what I did, he'd have taken the edge off and been able to wait until he aged into his looks too.
