yeah I think 95% of comic book fans are male, the other 5% are girls who like neil gaiman's "deathchick" from sandman.I'm not counting
manga which is all the rage among young women.

My name is Aaron and I'm 19 from southern Minnesota, USA. I was diagnosed with Asperger's in 2003. I have a GED and am currently unemployed (but that may change soon.) I'm 5'4" and weigh around 175 pounds. My interests include computers, video games, birds (I have 2 as pets), music, philosophy, and some other stuff I can't remember at the moment (lol).
Here's a pic of me:

Hey Phoenix Kitten, you sound really interesting to me.

If you want to know a little more about me, I can tell you that more than a few people have said that I don't have an evil bone in my entire body. I am someone who always tries to understand others. If there was another thing I could advertise, it would probably be, for no other reason than irony, that my defining quote features a cat...

'My mind is unravelling so soon. Like kittens on a tapestry!!' - Bill Bailey.

Expect many quirky statements like that... they flow through me like a river.

Interested? 8)

Sure! I'm all for quirkyness! I have a few of my own! ;)

In case anyone wants to say hello I will tell you a little about me:

I am 29 and a bi vegan male living in London, UK. Currently not working due to depression [1] but used to work in IT, mostly programming. I graduated with a degree in Philosophy though and wish I could continue doing that. Although I have not been diagnosed with AS I am on a (long) waiting list to receive one. My mind keeps changing as to whether I think I am, but it is more certain than not now.

Normally I am very bad at profiles because I tend to be too honest and say too many negative things but will try to be positive though. I have been in a relationship before and I think I am a different person alone to the one I was then. On my own I do not do much and am extremely avoidant of social situations. When we were together I was just normally avoidant! Also I enjoyed eating out and travelling. I really like scenery, as well as photographing and filming it. Although I often find putting things into words I enjoy essay writing. I probably like other things too though I cannot think of them right now.

Anyone who wants to know more can ask, I prefer specific questions than vague ones.

Michael.

[1] Although I am not, either it is being used as a convenient label or my doctors are ignoring me.

all right, my turn! i'm 31, queer, girl-gendered, living in cambridge, massachusetts. in my life i have been: grocery cashier, graveyard legal reprographics, legal secretary, bartender, web designer, photographer, certified loon... the merry-go-round never ends. currently i am a temp in boston trying to find soul-type salvation.

just got out of a 2-3 year relationship with a beautiful neurotypical, the kindest soul i have ever encountered in close proximity, but unfortunately my hyper-logical soul proved no match for her linear thinking. i succumbed to infinite guilt for being who i am. am wondering now if that's my only fate, or if perhaps i can find others like me, and not always be the odd one out, speaking the strange language.

euphoric trance, kick-*** games of pool, rollerblading along the charles river, (well-planned) road trips, curious minds that possess awareness of themselves... merely some of my interests. yours?

Hullope, all. I'm a fifteen and a half year old male student living in Central Florida.
I have brown hair and hazel eyes. I stand 5'6 and weigh about 130 or so. I'm (mostly) straight and would like to be with someone really awesome. I'm not necessarily a monogamist, so if there're two people here who want me and I like both of 'em, I'm willing to go with both.
Here's how I'd describe myself:
I'm philosophical, caring, vain, cruel, irreligious, rebellious (I dislike authority figures- I've often said that if I met God I'd flip 'im the finger), imaginative, as well as a good conversationalist. I mostly like to read (usually manga or fantasy novels), but I also like to write (I'll write pretty much any sorta thing I feel like) and I'm trying to teach myself to draw. If you want to know any more about me, read my other posts.
Oh, and here's a picture:

I'm not really into doing this sort of thing, but I'll give it a shot just for fun:

Hi, I'm Luke, a straight 20 year old male from Adelaide in Australia. I am currently a student studying Information Technology in TAFE. My pics are up the post pictures topic so if you want to see them go there. Ring for a good time.

Call cost $4.95 minute. Mobile and public phones higher

I’m Tristan, Male, 22 years old, Lives in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, Is currently a University Student studying a Bachelor of Business. I am thinking of changing to Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Arts next year. In life I would like to aim to become a research scientist or a historian or archaeologist.

I enjoy talking about politics, current affairs, history, biology, travel, and sociology. Enjoy walks through the neighbourhood and town, travelling to different places, bikeriding, enjoying an afternoon at cafe or an evening at a cinema or restaurant. I am somebody who actually enjoys watching art house films or having a night at the opera. Although I do not like going to bars and nightclubs.

Personally I am a nice, friendly, enlightened, progressive minded and fairly intellectual. However I do have a quite a temper, when annoyed. I am a total oddball and eccentric. However when I get my guard down, I can be quite entertaining, a little zany and have an unconventional sense of humour. I can get along with cats, however never seem to get along with dogs.

I am looking an under 30, single lady with no children, who is not shallow and materialistic, who actually enjoys my company and loves me for who I am. I looking for something more than sex in a woman (don't dish me I enjoy sex and regard sex as a important part of a relationship, however I think it should not be the whole thing).

I will get a photo of myself soon, I just fairly busy at the moment.
