That doesn't prove anything since many women are in abusive or detrimental relationships, your decision to generalize and attack women goes to show that you have a bad attitude towards them. You have assimilated to point of making negativity and sweeping generalizations. If you are going to throw your toys out the pram every time someone disagrees with you or doesn't show you constant agreement or positivity, you need to stay out of these type of debates because there are a lot of strong women on these forums that you can't handle.

I can tell you one thing about you, you need to open your mind and learn to appreciate people for their hearts instead of having any type of gender, race or religious bias based on rigid stereotypes.

If I was you, I would stand up for my mate or friend if someone called them a moron regardless of sex, race or gender but you are so obsessed, you forgot your own principles. I will be honest in saying that I do not stand for intolerance or have the patience for people who think they are better than others simply because of money.

Money is no indicator of character since they are inherited or stolen, what really matters to me is something people have worked to achieve and something that is fair and yes, she did anger me to an extent but I didn't stoop to her level, I simply expressed how I felt. Certain things can only be obtained from sweat, pain, devotion and hard work and those are the things that are valued most.

And that is only a couple from the last post. Yet you still claim you have never said such things. That shows lack of responsibility.

You have rarely used the term "feminists I have met", instead you use "feminists" a lot which refers to feminists in general. That is not appropriate and it is insulting for anyone who uses the term feminist of themselves. I have as much right to defend my views as you do, but your aggressiveness is still completely incomprehensible to me.

I haven't seen anyone on this thread so far to have claimed that "bad apples" don't exist. I'm not sure what exactly you are fighting for. I also take it as granted that any for of abuse or domestic violence is not tolerable at all, no matter of the sexes. It's a pity that you have had bad experiences, but you have to keep in mind that so has anyone else in some front (especially in this site) and there's no use becoming bitter. I already revealed something personal of my life, but my experiences don't mean I would hate or blame all men. I've met many incredible men as well, and I have a couple in my very close circle of friends.

I wouldn't have anything against a word like "equalist", but feminism was born for a reason and it still has it's original meaning for numerous people around the globe. This might be a cultural thing as well... I don't know about American feminists, but in Finland the term doesn't seem to have merely the same bad connotation.

Also, if it matters that much to you I said in that phrase that an act you performed was stupid and immature, not you, which was a truthful observation. (I take it that you don't have exclusive rights to truth). Clever people can act stupid as well, keep that in mind. I much rather make friends than foes, personally. I don't hold grudges towards you, but I do want you to know that you have deeply insulted me with a lot of your comments in this thread and it has reminded me why I left Wrong Planet in the first place. I probably will again, actually.

Anyone can say I'm sorry, not everyone actually does something about it. I was very lenient on him until I saw the exact same things again. Hes plenty welcome to actually try to change his actions.

Do you know WHY I don't say "feminists I have met(I HAVE made this distinction when you jumped down my throat, by the way)?" It's because EVERY person I've ever met who calls herself a feminist shows absolutely NO sign of actually being for equality or giving a s**t about male problems... So as far as I know, all feminists are like that. You claim they're not, and I ask you to prove otherwise, but you have yet to do so. Also, at NO point in time did I ever say "ALL feminists are X."

It makes no difference to me if you leave or not. I tried to be somewhat respectful and reserved, and I tried to explain myself in a way that I felt was thorough, yet I still constantly get accused by you and valentinewiggin of being a sexist, and now it's being suggested that I'm some kind of wife beater...
