How did I get myself here again?

Ok rhetorical, I know why I just felt like it was a bad thread to start.

The Brogan Maneuver only works for old-time records.

Just like banging and tilting only worked for the old-fashioned pinball machines, but not for the newfangled video games.

You have to be more subtle for these CD's or whatever they put in jukeboxes these days.

Speaking of which: let's pass around the hat for an old-fashioned pinball machine!

And a bowling game with those metallic pucks. I used to like those games!

I must not have played those, have no memory of them.Went regular bowling, got pretty good but bowling alleys always smell like feet to me.All those shoes I guess.Later on the arcades got too noisy with all the new games,I missed the pin ball machines. :( An old friend from the neighbor hood started buying up old pin ball machines around thirty years ago, wise man.He had his apartment full of them.He got them cheap because he worked on the machines at the arcade,as they phased out the pin ball machines he bought them for a song.

I didn't like the smell of the bowling alleys, either.

But I enjoyed bowling with my dad; it was a way to bond. He wasn't the most confiding type of guy.

There was a bowling game in a few bars, during which you hit "pins" with metallic pucks. I'd have to do research and send you a picture of it. The pins would "go up" once they were "hit" by the puck.

we love each other very much. hopefully it is temporary, but Bobby and I are splitting up. He will be staying at the ranch. I won't. like I said, Bobby and I both hope this is temporary, but certain things that happened after my diagnosis that I cannot "let go." I am actually consumed by them, and it has only gotten worse.

Oh dear. That's a heck of an upheaval especially when your health isn't good. I hope you have a pleasant place to go to. What happened that you can't let go of. PM me if you want.

That's very unfortunate. Hope it will pass and that you both find each other again.
In the mean time....more drink!

We have to get a new bartender.

He's always getting stuck on the toilet because somebody leaves superglue on the seat!
