He had what women called "sexy lips" - a nice top lip with a good bow.

My nan was all about sensuality.

this illustrates why men have no idea what women find attractive.

We all find different things attractive.

Lips are for kissing so yeah, many women notice them just like men notice women's lips.

When my son was born and they were wheeling me with him from delivery to recovery I got a good look at his face and realised he had my dad's lips.

During pregnancy everyone mused whether the baby would look like me or my ex, so I hadn't stopped to think he might look like a grandparent, especially my dad.

I started bawling my eyes out because it hit me how much I loved my dad and how cool it was to see him in my son.

My dad was still alive, but it was just a really cool moment.

If this question is the case, it's not surprising at all. How can you relate to the majority of people? I'm not a sports person, I can eat and do the same things everyday. I'm a very repetitive and I never get bored because I'm always day dreaming about something or someone. I'm not considered a "foodie." And I hate anything that's spontaneous that could have been planned in advance.

Any women on the forums correct me if you would: Most of the things I just listed are behaviors that's not boyfriend material. Most girls love going out to eat, most of them get bored easily, and mostly like a spontaneous lifestyle. I'm mostly the opposite of those things and I wouldn't be surprise if some men we're like this as well.

We’re all different. Some like a spontaneous lifestyle; others do not. As with men, some get bored easily; others do not. Given how many women with unique tastes and preferences there are, I think most guys are boyfriend material. It’s more about finding someone you’re compatible with.

Which means you would have to get to know yourself, and be honest with yourself. Then you know who you'll be compatible with. However considering how bad dating is nowadays, that simple concept you brought up isn't something people aren't finding so obvious.

I'm like that & so is my girlfriend which is one of the reasons we're a good match. She often says she's different than typical women but she is very likely also on the spectrum.

Uhhh, no. I don't love going out to eat. My partner and I have been to a restaurant maybe once or twice a year and that includes taking my family out for Christmas Eve - something I don't love doing but it makes my mother happy. I dislike the noise and discomfort of restaurants and would much rather stay home. Likewise I don't think I've ever been bored in my life because I like things low key and quiet. I don't do anything spontaneously except adopt kittens.

It was hard to find a man who wasn't preconditioned to think I'd want and expect all these things. I like men who spend more time being authentic or down-to-earth, and less time putting on airs.

I'm all for watching sports playoffs though.

I like eating at restaurants, especially when it involves trying cuisine from other parts of the world that I can’t easily replicate at home. I also like going and doing things that interest me - stuff like visiting zoos, museums, national parks, aquariums, and enjoying classical music concerts and ballets - not that I’ve gotten to do that in a long time. I’m still not what I’d consider spontaneous, and I certainly don’t get bored easily. For me, it’s more about creating new memories, learning new things, and enjoying special interests although I still spend most of my time doing quiet activities at home.

My main point: you can’t really generalize women because we’re all different and have different personality types and preferences.

We like stuff like fishing or canoeing but it's low key and one-on-one.
When there's a group of people going I'm not comfortable.

My SIL is having a tea party soon.
All the women are supposed to wear fascinators.

Uh, that's a hard no from me and my daughter.
We both said you couldn't pay us to go.

Actually we didn't even reply.
I suppose I should do that much.
