These are just stereotypes that you have every right NOT to comply with.

I agree. WP needs a Like button.

These things are largely why I don't have a girlfriend and feel like I am doomed to forever singleness.
I don't remember how many times I've told you this, but I'll say it again: get out if that awful place and go somewhere with some tolerance for diversity and even eccentricity. I'm speaking from experience.

My area is very much Walmart and McDonald's. There has been both a comic book store and a gaming store for a year now but most of the populace doesn't care for either of those places. Admittedly, I never go to the gaming store and that's because I just have little to no experience with things like DnD, Magic: The Gathering (Someone tried to get me into it but he was an a**hole going about it and the organizer of a card game for it yelled at me), and Warhammer (Both regular and 40k). Those games weren't played by people I knew growing up, it was either football or FPS games for them for the most part. RPG games were acceptable until they got considered "gay" for whatever stupid reason.

I don't think any of those are the reasons you don't have a girlfriend. More problematic your plan to live at home forever, being miserable.
You have to do something to change your situation, or nothing will change ever. You should start looking into moving, if you hate it there and your family isn't supportive there is no reason to stay.
Yes moving is hard and you would have to probably save up some, you say you have a job so I am sure it is doable. You might need to find a room-mate, if you can't find a place to afford on your own. But you're an adult you can move to a place you like better and never even see your family again if you so choose, or you could keep contact if you want.
Also though talking on about your struggles and difficulties is not usually a good way to inquire about available singles. A better approach would be to talk about some of the things you like or enjoy or something related to what they've been talking about or just friendly chit chat, and then move into your interest in meeting someone. But not a bunch of negatives.

I don't know how to get a roommate; I can't even get a f*****g coffee date. If a male roommate had a girlfriend, I would commit suicide.
My family and their friends are always bitching and griping about "liberals", "socialists", how they don't like how Trump is portrayed in media, and how their guns are being taken away but why is it ok for them to do so while it's bad that I want a girlfriend?

Well I know there are plenty of adds on craigslist, and there may be other sources for ads like that where someone is seeking a room-mate. Or maybe you could find a place you can afford on your own...I suspect rent may be cheaper in your area than here in Colorado.
Also no ones saying its bad for you to want a girlfriend, but you can't just keep your life on hold waiting for one...as you can see that hasn't been working for you has it?

I wouldn't want a redneck or hip-hopper to be my roommate, though. Both demographics have called me a "p****" or "fa***t" too many times and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes and beer (My older brother has made me hate beer completely) as well as the country and rap music their respective demographics like.
Someone here (Luhluhluh) has told me to give up wanting a girlfriend and I can't let go of it because the depression I suffer from took root when I was 17 but I didn't have a girlfriend while my siblings and most of my male classmates had one. I also can't stand seeing couples wherever I go and that's largely why I don't go to the gym very often; I have gone recently but I hate how the "tough guys" can talk to the girls while I am told I can't.

I don't get the impression that he's looking for a model, but given his exceptionally bad circumstances with regards to being attractive to women, he's going to have trouble attracting any woman who can do better for herself than an overweight pre-diabetic underemployed 30 year-old with apparently no prospects of moving out of his mother's home or establishing a career with an adequate income with which to sustain an independent lifestyle, presumably poor social skills, and an apparent inability to acknowledge that while all of the above statements remain true, his dating pool will be very small, if existent at all, and will likely be made up of "bottom of the barrel" women that most other men don't want to date.
Personally I'd like to see him acknowledge that given his current circumstances, it's unreasonable for him to expect to achieve romantic success, acknowledge that there is very little about himself and his situation that is going to appeal to most women at this stage, and acknowledge that the only way he's likely to see any progress is to start working on broadening his appeal to women by first striving to get closer to the average range of attractiveness and overall competency for his age.

Why many people here on WP assume that a guy is actually looking for a MODEL lookalike when he's complaining about not getting any date?
