Ok, yeah, I know…CRT is an advanced academic thing reserved for law students.

But it’s all part of the discourse and narrative. And that narrative is all that matters.

What does racism have to do with the convoy? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. How does the convoy serve a racist agenda or impact minorities? It doesn’t. There’s nothing logical or reasonable here. It’s all about the narrative.

And here’s the real point: the first thing you have to understand, according to the narrative, is that ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE RACIST. And you could really just stop right there. If you get that, you’ll understand the rest of it.

But in case you still don’t understand, here’s the second thing: Because of the above, ALL things white people do serves a racist agenda or achieves racist goals; it cannot be any other way. White people don’t have a non-racist thought in our heads, we do nothing that isn’t focused on oppressing minorities.

This applies to EVERYTHING. Are you anti-vax? Then you are a racist because you want to spread a virus that you know disproportionately affects minorities/POC. Are you pro-vax? Then you are a racist because you want to force minorities to take an untested, unproven, unsafe drug that was created by white people to harm minorities and POC. And EVEN IF the vax is safe, you only want minorities to get it because it is a means of control—you KNOW certain demographics are unwilling to get it, so you make it a requirement for employment.

It doesn’t matter if you are pro vax, anti vax, or what your reasons are for being either. Likewise, it doesn’t matter what the truckers are protesting. It all boils down to them being white and racist for no other reason than they are white, which makes us INHERENTLY and systemically racist. Nothing else matters.

I’m not saying that the narrative is true. I’m not even caricaturing it. I’m just saying that’s what you’re up against. There’s no way you can engage and come out looking any less racist. You can’t fight it with logic. Can’t fight it with intellect. It’s a lost cause no matter what. I’m not trying to persuade anyone here, not going to tell you to break up. All I’m trying to do is take a little of the mystery out of it.

What you are proposing is women's instinct to make her man stronger. If such a test was meant to destroy relationships there would not be any woman in a working relationship. There are couples who last through time and make it through rough patches, who work hard and have lasting marriages, and men who recognize their weaknesses and mistakes. To blame a woman for the whole course of the relationship because she's a woman and tell the man to actually end it is really wrong. The moment he ends it he is responsible for that decision, no matter how much he'd like to blame her for the actual end. The only sureway to fail the test is to end it. Makes no sense to propose that if you don't want things to end. Perhaps your fear of failure is your worst enemy.

If your theory was true, and she would be angry and all sorts, one way to pass it would be to not engage and to switch to a funny lighter mood. Take example:

In my experience, it was more about being in a relationship too long. Some relationships need to die. All of them do eventually. And in my case, it was dealing with low self esteem and constant depression driving me to hang on at all costs. We reached a point that no matter what was happening, every little thing that went wrong was my fault, never hers, and she was perfectly ok with that. I guess I’d just reached my lowest point when it occurred to me to ask myself was EVERYTHING in life always my fault? And perhaps it was…in that I made the choice to live with it. I could be miserable completely alone or I could be miserable with her. It dawned on me that if it gave me more comfort accepting that I’d be alone forever, something had gone horribly wrong.

So I don’t blame her for the relationship ending—she wanted me to stay with her. But I do blame her for being an abusive person. I blame her for the manipulation. Women are only at fault for what they DO and bear some responsibility for pushing a SO away. She didn’t make me leave her. She just failed to give me a good reason to stay.

Oh okay, but what I don't understand is, is you say she is testing me to see if I will stand up for myself, and then say I am failing the tests miserably. But so far I have stood up for myself, and I didn't change any of my beliefs or perceptions. I just told her her theories just seem like theories with no weight, and I don't see how one thing is connected to another without more evidence thrown at me to suggest so. But isn't that standing up for myself, and therefore, not failing if it's standing up?

She says that getting rid of the mandate is just a small stepping stone to insert control in the government, but if racism is the goal, getting rid of a mandate seems like a very loose and small, insignificant stepping stone, at least to me. I told her this as well.

Is she talking about the Canadian government?

I know this for a fact. I learned it from a specific source. It doesn't get much love on here, but it really opened my eyes to how straight relationships work.

If straight relationships were as peaceful and conflict-free as LGBT relationships, divorce rates would be 5%, not 50%. But you can't fight biology and evolution.

Most LBGT+ relationships I've seen are bombastic, with many arguments.

Like, what would they fight over? With two men or two women, people "say" and "mean" the same thing. There are never any conniving, manipulative mind games like "you just don't get it!" or "if you don't know why I'm mad at you, then I'm not telling you!", like in straight relationships. Well, maybe fights over money/budgets, but that's all I can think of.
