My last girlfriend wanted to wait 5 years--a completely arbitrary time period, and even then, she believed that sex was only for procreation. In other words, I would have to have waited at least 5 years for sex that wouldn't have even been enjoyable.

This is one of the reasons I only date liberal people.

Yikes...waiting for marriage or the right time is one thing but you're right, assigning an arbitrary five-year waiting period for sex makes no sense. Sounds like she was asexual, which is not that uncommon among some Aspies, as far as I know.

I don't think you need to limit yourself to "liberal" women, just ones that don't have weird sexual hangups.
