My observations suggest it is better to be a bit overweight than underweight, except of course being very overweight or obese. Like the guys saying 30-40lbs overweight it'd really depend on your height. Like if you're very short it may be a problem but if on the other hand you're over 6 feet it likely isn't even noticeable, then there's muscle mass & body frame too.

OK, but what about guys like me who can kinda see both sides but are left wondering: "What do I do about it, so that I can have reasonable chances to form relationships that will be reasonable and positive for both of us? Can't change the world so what can we realistically do to try to make things better?"

I don't know for certain for the other people in this topic but at least for me I view "improving my chances/options" as in trying to have more than 0-1 possible choices out of 100 women. I don't want to feel as though I may have to settle for an abusive/toxic/ :skull: relationship or else be alone. I think having virtually no options is how a lot of people end up in those situations.

There's a settlement in trouble!

I'll mark it on your map.....

Apparently there are a lot of SSJ Cloud Strifes here already. Tried with different symbols/SSJ/2/etc kept saying username taken. Maybe bots cause it seemed like every variation already taken.

I see why people can be reluctant to help like if some guys insisted they have no culpability in their troubles like "I'm doing everything possible but getting 0 results"(I read through topic quickly so couldn't say for sure but seems to be how some interpreted it).

I'm trying to think of it in terms of sphere of control like what can I do. I've done a bit of work on my own but I am thinking some research may be helpful for trying to reach high level.

It's quite difficult to determine how much earnings represent "enough". In one city 70k salary may give only basic lifestyle if it's really expensive their in terms of cost of living. In another city it may be a whole lot cheaper like 30k could give you comfortable living plus extra cash left over for nice clothes/car/etc.

The OP expects that all women will dress, be built and act like this.

This is how I want the world to see me.

I don't think anybody would be all that great if they had to be wearing that stuff all day and all of the night.

I once made and wore a 1860s dress for a party. Jeez, you can't fit in doors or armchair in this! And it was the before-corset fashion...

Sorry, my family lived in a culture-proof bunker back then.

He probably presumes that 99% of women are built like these models

and 99% of men are built like these soldiers

Besides, we don't want delicate flowers being blasted into pieces on the battlefields.

I sense an air of transphobia. Unless someone is a trans guy who happens to be into war, they have know idea what I go through on a day to day basis.

On another forum, there are a bunch of guys complaining that Rey in the new "Star Wars" movie has "gotten too fat."

Don't tell me men don't have irrational standards.

Can you tell me to get one of those?

I'd really like one.
