Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.

I have just realized that Marina Sirtis has Mediterranean features; her nose is like my sister's.

My dad looked like Jonathan Frakes when he was younger.

Marina Sirtis turned out to be a daughter of Greek Cypriot parents.

Was Deanna your Star Trek crush?

Mine was exactly who you’d expect.

One of my favorite professors who taught my Shakespeare class got into Patrick Stewart due to his work all the way back in the 70s, I believe, in the Royal Shakespeare Company. Anyway, she said that subsequently she had to watch Star Trek TNG even though sci-fi was not her cup of tea and that he was “so dreamy.” She was in her seventies when I was college. It would’ve made my week if I hadn’t already been having a great time with Shakespeare and her quirky style of teaching him.

Even my mom liked Patrick Stewart back then , and she was never into sci-fi nor Star Trek but she loved the TNG.

Such a talented actor! I saw him with some frequency in my Shakespeare class.

He was in a production of Macbeth and this series which was so interesting:

^ That’s also a good blind date look that Judi Dench is wearing.

Sadly Disney Land didn't start including therapy in the price of a ticket until 1943.
