Not douchy

Just out of curiosity, what would make a guy douchy?

Heres something a douche would say:

DavidM wrote:
I've tried very hard to be attracted to blondes but, (and I apologize if this is a little bit crude,) I can only 'stand to attention' when I'm looking and thinking about dark-haired girls. I was on the cross-trainer in the gym today, trying to work off some of my puppy fat, and in front of me on one of the running machines was a shapely brunette, and I just stared at her backside, and thought about all the freaky things I would like to do with her. Needless to say, a little extra rush of blood flowed to my loins. :jester:

Other douche qualities include:

Calling other women babe in front of you
constantly telling you your flaws
cheating
blatently perving at other women in front of you

These sort of men get gfs if they are muscly and/or good looking, but there are just as many ugly douches out there and i'd be surprised if they ever get anyone.

Sexism is not attractive to women. The lack of respect these men give to women are what gives all he decent guys a bad name.

A big man in a suit.

Oh and he has to be independent, quirky, have a dry sense of humour, interested in science art and music in some form, mysterious, understands me in some way, and not clingy.

Non-submissiveness. ( As in, not submissive but not dominate. An equal)

Maybe he didn't intend it this way, but use the filthy part of your mind to re-interpret that. It is a nice filthy joke. Maybe wasn't meant that way but it is.

Most people know what I am looking for by now, so I have no need to mention it yet again.

ok, so i'm slow, i never pretended to be a sharpie. but i finally understood the joke. but part of the reason also that i didn't get it for a long while is that i myself would indeed want a duplicate of myself for a mate.

I don't mind if someone's not intelligent as long as they have an open mind. I've seen intelligent people who were so closed-minded that that was way worse than plain stupidity, and have seen not-so intelligent people who you could call "wise".

I don't know. I'd like to have someone who's just nice to me, and helps me out with stuff. Someone who's honest. I'd do the same back for him or her. I don't really have a list of DEMANDS, except for having and open mind that is. Closed-minded people just get on my nerves, heh.

Tells me the truth, especially when it's something she thinks I won't like
Likes to hold hands and walk through the flower garden
Doesn't mind getting same hand greasy helping me work on the car
Doesn't flirt with other guys (I can't decode that stuff)
Will occasionally admit being wrong
Not hung up on money or social status

That would be a very useful trait.
