Vast generalization time
The middle eastern men (around here anyway) generally have no reservations about having sex with women outside of their culture but they generally marry within their own culture. Sometimes you find one who looks just as fashion concerned and shallow as the rest of the people here but who is actually quite modest and devout (usually Muslim), they would not appreciate any advances from a woman one way or another.

The latino men and Asian men generally don't seem to mind dating and marrying outside of their own culture/ethnicity. I've heard some of the old Philipino ladies in my grandmother's building grumble about their grandson's marrying "Americans", and the recent migrant families of some first generation children might have an issue with it, I've only heard of this from south east Asian cultures where the immigration was somewhat forced, and societies aren't so egalitarian and status is something to be concerned about.

Try a trip to the UAE. I spent two years working there.

Careful though, their culture allows men to take up to four wives; the first is usually a cousin, the second is often foreign. There are, therefore, more unattached men than women. The men with wealth and status are the ones that can afford to marry. More wealth more wives. So, the ones that are left are not so well off. While there are men available, women are strictly off limits to foreigners

I have worked for a few locals from the UAE and, in general, the ethics and moral values are not up to the standards that one expects in the west. I couldn't get out of the place quick enough and I do not intend to return.
