At best you can come with preferences of what you would like in them.
I know no is is perfect (except Jesus). But you can put what you'd like to see in a other.
So lighten up a little. Don't be so glum
Course he had muscles! How else would he walk around?
Perfect guy? Oh gosh. I could go on. But honestly, you're constantly discovering new attributes that make a guy "perfect". Something that ruins one guy's "perfect factor" can build another up. It's far too subjective. Here's a list of some pretty unchanging ones, though.
Tall
Has expressionistic, big, "pretty" eyes.
good sense of slightly awkward humour
understanding/accepting/non-judgmental
genuinely cares about and listens to what I have to say
kind, a good influence
keeps to his word
honest
thinks I'm really pretty
not too buff, not too skinny. ideally the slender sort of muscular.

honest - brutally so is quite all right. I need straightforward.

doesn't talk too much
has SI's, and will go on at length about them when encouraged (I find this irresistible)

likes to look at me, maybe watch me sometimes - even if I'm doing nothing
