It was the most amazing concert I've ever seen!
She wasn't there.
An hour before, I texted her and she said she was too sick.
Maybe she just changed her mind. I don't know.
(Wouldn't be the first time in life I've been stood up.)
That was a few days ago.

She lives about an hour and a half away, which makes casual
invitations difficult for my schedule.
(I was mistaken earlier: She doesn't go to the same college.)
I was busy this weekend. I'll be busy next.
I'm still operating in ignorance.
