You may perceive it to be "offensive" and "racist"- that doesn't render the statement false. What your doing is asserting a subjective and self-referential viewpoint as a fact, which is dangerous. Your feelings don't necessarily reflect reality. Don't be a solipsist.
No, what you have done is presumed to speak to the behavior and beliefs for an entire nation of people. Moreso, you have denigrated the women, so it makes it doubly offensive. Nowhere do you say how you know for sure that over 6 million women behave in exactly the same way given the same set of circumstances. Thus, what you have said is false, and also offensive because you tried to pass it off as truth.

I never said that every single jew behaves in exactly the same manner in every single circumstance. There are individual exceptions to a generalization, however, that doesn't necessarily invalidate the rule. In nature, we can view various animal population groups exhibiting a set of traits and behaviors on a group level- with some individual variation within. Humans are just more complex animals, not some special lifeform that's exempt from the rules of nature and behaviors of all other species.
