I think a fun, light gesture for someone who is otherwise single and alone on Valentine's day is both appropriate and probably appreciated by the receiver, not unlike kissing under the mistletoe on Christmas.

I might even do something like that this year, even with someone whom I like but with whom I have no romantic intentions - it would be fun, that's all...

this is an awesome romantic gesture, i reckon. i dont think its right for this situation, but when 2 people are in love this would be a great way to express your feelings.

i think i'll get her a tulip because thats her favorite flower, and i'll write her a small something in a card. something along the lines of:

"did you know you have a super power?

whenever i see you smile, time seems to stop, if only for a second."

what do you guys think? too much? XD

Am I the only person on here who thinks that candle thing is f*cking weird? If guy who I wasn't dating did that to me I would be extremely upset.

If a guy did that who I was dating I'd feel sorry for him.
