I give up
Your criteria read like a very narrow, rigid, emotionless sex ad from a personals site.
I would drop criteria #2 through #5 and possibly #1 as well. Yes, there is most definitely an amazing, funny, brilliant, silly and sexy woman out there for you....and you could meet and possibly hit it off! However, with that criteria you aren't going to meet anyone. I am stunned that you had any replies...
Start by sharing who you are, what you like, what you don't like, your interests, your experiences, etc.
I personally like a woman who is smart, funny, sarcastic, and down to earth. Am I saying looks don't count? Of course not! I have met and been very attracted to many different women...and most of them didn't fit the stereotypical "Victoria's Secret" mold that modern day society has crammed down our throats. Open your eyes, there are gorgeous women all over the place!
This is an example of what NT women put on personal ads:
He must have a full-time job, make at least $50,000 a year, be at least 6'0" tall, he must have got his college degree at age 22, and drive a really expensive car.
I don't think my criteria is any more rigid than the criteris that NT women have for me.

I must've been reading the wrong newspaper. All the ones I've seen tended to sometimes state height (not often asking for over 6'), tended to say a few of the woman's personality traits and interests, sometimes mentioned a few personality traits and interests they'd like the man to have, and said they were looking for fun and friendship/and or a potential mate. Maybe you're reading the wrong newspaper.
Anyway, I agree that wanting a skinny girl with a big chest is digging yourself a hole. They're rare, usually shallow (shallow enough to pay for a boob job, anyway) and generally have their pick of men.
You're better off looking for personality first - most girls are at least fairly attractive, and if you love her for being her, she'll look all the better to you. What you think of someone's personality can hugely affect how positively you see their appearance.
And if you've already got someone interested who you're interested in, but the only issue is age, why not just be friends for now and wait until she's 18? It'll give you both time to get to know each other better. The better you know a person, the easier it is to ut up with the stresses of being in an emotionally charged, romantic relationship.
Above all, I really want to emphasise to you how important it is to _wait_. Nearly all of the young, aspergic males I've met want to be in a relaionship - hey, even a lot of NT ones want someone 'right' for them. No matter how much you want it, though, the best thing you can do is focus on knowing yourself, being comfortable with yourself, and being the best person you can be, until you meet the right person. And you WILL meet the right person. But even if you're putting yourself out into social situations - it'll still take a while, and you've got nothing but time until they come along, so you might as well appreciate your singleness while you've got it. There'll come a day when you'll have a relationship, probably be very happy in it, but will occasionaly long for the days when your time was your own and you didn't have the responsibility of your soul being bound to another human being.
But one of the schools I applied to was in Boise, ID, which is one of the most socially conservative parts of the U.S. Ironically, social conservatism is one of my reasons for wanting to leave Houston.

I've looked at personal ads on , yahoo, match.com, American singles and plenty of fish. Myself I do not remember seeing your ad example as typical ad a women placed.
Women want a man taller than them. You should screen your ad choices for women
who are 6 inches shorter than yourself. That will put 95% of the women wanting your
height range.
I never seen income requiremnets or a fancy car requiremnet. I have seen have a job, have a car ,and not live with parents.
I will tell you, as a woman, that skinny girls with big chests are no more shallow than anyone else. But those who are not shallow are likely to be put off by anyone who says "I want skinny girls with big chests." Because most girls with any depth to them want to be seen as more than just a body.

I did a search on plenty of fish (granted not that big of a dating site) for
a female that was 26-37, 5'3" and under, thin and no kids within 100 miles of my location.
F 26-37 5'3"(max), thin, no kids , 100 miles: 2 profiles (no pictures)
F 26-37 5'3(max), thin, with kids, 100 miles: 11 profiles ( 4 with pictures)
F 26-37 5'3(max) , average, w kids, 100 m: 54 profiles ( 30 with pics
F 26-37 5'3(max), bigger , w kids, 100 m : 41 profiles
The total number of all women with no children within 100 miles of me is 489.
Only 2 out of 489 meet the 5'3" and under , 26-37 and thin.
If I only consider those 2 profiles (and they have no pictures) I do not have much choice. Ideally I would like a women younger than 26 and very good looking.
I understand the math and know I will remain alone till I change my requirements.

If I went to school full-time at the University of Houston, I would be unemployed and living with my parents, thus not meeting any woman's criteria.

You don't. The idea is for you to be less narrow-minded with regard to bust size.
ping-maching - sorry if I offended you when I said skinny girls with big chests are likely to be shallow. So far, the women I have met who are both thin and large chested predominantly have shallow personalities. Some don't, but for many of them it's a defining trait. However I will acknowledge that not all women of this shape are shallow.
I don't think your age will be a bad factor at all. You're 27, right? A few of the students will not want to hang out with you due to your age, but those people are immature and not worth dealing with anyway. Most students probably won't care that much about it, they'll focus more on what your interests are, and how your personality is. Some students will be intrigued by the maturity, experience, and understanding that usually comes with age. So I wouldn't worry about your age if I were you.
I'm in my late 20's and don't find it difficult to be able to do stuff with undergraduates (18-22 typically), though I usually end up doing stuff with people 25+. But this is more to do with my status as a graduate student (and the fact I don't make it a point to hang out with undergrads) than anything else.
What would my odds be if my only criteria were that she must be an Aspie and be height-weight proportionate?
All the NTs who are HWP are either:
a) already in a relationship
b) under 18
c) those who are single are only willing to date guys who are tall and rich and have expensive cars.

There are a lot of great women out there. You shouldn't limit yourself so much
I think that if you talked to more women, you'd find that there a lot of really great ones. Not all of them are flaky mall jockeys.
I'd say toss the 'Aspie' requirement, and just replace it with someone you can relate with. Which is probably what you really wanted anyways.
