Concise. Laughed at some bits, social pressure and conformity explanations especially. Agree for most part. Could add "Happiness: Sick of having fun and enjoying self, want to spend rest of life bickering and questioning if made right choice".

I'm atheist and never want to get married but I don't see marriage as a religious thing. I see it as two people committing themselves to each other.

I see marriage basically as a way to formalize a bond of love and companionship I have with someone else who I'd wish to spend the rest of my life with, marriage or not. Not marrying is fine, too, but I can be a sucker for romance sometimes :lol:

And I'm mostly atheist (I don't affirm outright God doesn't exist, but I think it's very, very unlikely that he does)

Why do atheists get married?

Because everybody in life is entitled to have to say the phrase "I think I just made a huge mistake" at least once.
