I picked the cheater option but I almost picked other & the other is strong independent. I actually really like the overly attached obsessed with marriage & crybaby. Strong feminist beliefs don't bother me because I cant do the traditional gender role of being a provider, my 2nd(last) girlfriend was a strong feminist & I've been told I'm somewhat of a feminist because I support equality; believe women should make the same amount as men for the same exact work & women should have the rite to decide what to do with their bodies instead of politicians restricting birth-control & abortion. The beauty with no brains type may also be good but not because of the beauty part but I find certain forms of stupidity funny & naiveness can be sweet.

I chose "always looking for a fight" although "beauty with no brains", "cheating on husband" and a couple of others would be as bad.

I'd like to see another option: "Has problems with telling the truth".

Here are a few away from whom it would have been wise to run:

Okay, guys. Over in the women's poll were being slagged for "not knowing how to keep a house clean and tidy, not understanding how a washing machine and an iron work, being unable to do basic household repairs, and and not knowing how to make delicious and nutritious meals."

Would we run from a woman who was lacking in these areas? Or, would we find her to be charming and endearing?

Or, do we just take it for granted that women know how to cook and clean, and look for other disqualifiers?

I wouldn't be bothered. I'm kind of messy myself in some ways but I was a dishwasher for 10months & then did custodial stuff for about 28months so I know how to clean but I'm NOT like the Danny Tanner from Full House with it; I did a good job when I worked but at home I do a decent job when I feel it needs to get done which is when it gets kind of messy or no space to leave dirty dishes or needed dishes are dirty or someone tells/wants me to or have company coming over. My mom started making me wash my own cloths after I graduated high-school because she didn't like having to do it & felt I should be doing more to learn/be more independent but she set a day of the week when I was able to do it because she may of used it other days. I've never done ironing & I have bad fine motor-skills & a tremor disorder that could make it a tad dangerous for me but none of my cloths need to be ironed & using damping cloths lightly with a spray-bottle & putting them in the dryer with the heat off for a few minutes can get wrinkles out. I'm not good with & know very little about repairs thou due to my bad fine motor-skills & tremor disorder but it's not really that important to know living in an apartment which I do; it's not great but even if me & my girlfriend had jobs instead of her being on Section8 & could afford a house I would rather a nice apartment. I don't care if meals are nutritious; I'm a very picky eater(thou I'm very slowly getting better) & my taste rather meals that aren't. I don't cook due to my bad fine motor-skills & low vision but I like eating fast-food, ordering pizza, eating deli meat sandwiches, hot-dogs are easy to boil, heating up left-overs in the microwave is easy, & I could learn to cook a little if I had the rite motivation. My girlfriend does the cooking but she doesn't cook alot but we have left-overs when she does. She'll teach me the easier stuff some but it's not really a priority rite now. I usually wash the dishes, I do all the vacuuming because she has sensory issues to noise, I dust some but not super often & she does alittle too but mostly around her nicknacks, & we go to the laundromat together. She cleans the bathroom too; I wouldn't mind doing it too much but she says she's picky about how it's done thou she doesn't clean it often & it doesn't bother me.

From what I understand of the modern woman, you're a great catch.

Wrongplanet women.

Not only I would run way from them, but I would also sprint away, hop on a bicycle and then grab a pickup truck on the way.

You forgot to mention jet  Personally I'm better with WP women but I'm less compatible with the more extreme stereotypical Aspies. Lots here seem pretty decent but of coarse there's afew who give me a bad impression but some probably aren't Aspies

Actually, Aspie men generally take what we can get, and often don't have the luxury of being overly choosy.

From my past experience, someone whose political views are the opposite of yours can be annoying.

And, feminists can get quite tiresome.

Quote:
Despite the fact that it is incredibly difficult to get a feminist to go out with you, sometimes the impossible happens. However, this is usually a bad idea since you will be on the receiving end of constant criticism about trying to demean the role of the modern woman in the current society. Because the dates will resemble a muscle confrontation between you two, being around a feminist will mostly leave you with a complex of gender inferiority.

But, even though they are Feminists, don't expect that they aren't like other women in a lot of ways (particularly where women have an inherent advantage), and that you can get away with not buying Valentine's Day candy. But, where men have an advantage (for example, in lack of interest in housework), you can count on that being beaten down.

What´s so horrible about gifting each other on Valentines day, and why should I dislike Valentines day as feminist? Dont see whats so bad, about gifting my partner, until now he did not bother about getting chocolate-castany hearts for Valentines day. :)

And I wouldnt know, why feminists would not like to have dates with men. Being a feminist, does not mean to dislike mean, it means to dislike a**holes, thinking I would be a lesser being then them. ^^ I think that something you will agree on me, so does that make you now an evil masculinist, avoiding woman? ^^

Valentine's Day is degrading to women.

Men are expected to prove their affection through materialism. It makes women who are single feel very sad. The holiday is clearly a fabricated and profit-motivated concept which is targeted at women. Most men only conform to avoid confrontation.

Imagine, having to buy flowers in February, because there are no flowers in bloom. It is silly, but men who are in relationships with women really have no choice in the matter. Especially if we're hoping for a bit of coitus, which isn't even guaranteed. All that is guaranteed is that we will stay out of trouble if we conform and buy what is required.

Moreover, women gossip about what their men gave them. You had really better give her something positive about which to share in the gossip, or suffer the consequences.
