If a woman made me a meal of eggs and spam on a first date I would straight up melt with glee. Not because I especially like spam (it's decent but it's fairly rugged) but because the concept of preparing spam on a date is so outlandish that if she did that I would be almost sure that I had a "winner".

..and here I was thinking it was because eggs and spam is a breakfast meal :P

Until we started living in the woods a few years back, we used to camp out in nature. Of course, being in such an atmosphere, we would eat the most non-natural foods imagineable. Spam was always a regular on the menu, as was Dinty Moore canned stew, canned corned beef hash, stuff for s'mores and lots of red kool-aid.

I'd rather dig for roots and harvest wild craw dads and berries before I'd eat spam. :D

If anybody served me Spam ever, I would know we were completely incompatible.

I like Spam, but I don't think serving it on a first date would be a good idea. Most people hate the stuff. :P
