Yeah, I have rules like that sometimes but I've decided I'm exempt from such rules on days when I have to do something that requires concentration, which is most days as it turns out. At the moment it's this Specialisterne program but at other times it's other things.
I also wave my calorie restrictions when there's free food on offer or when I have perishable food that will go off soon.
