Lol plenty of young people in love who aren't in that situation.

Fair enough if you want to be very set and independent in life first before trying to find an LTR, but I wouldn't choose to believe you can't find love at college-age when plenty do.

Exactly. 'The one' is simply your spouse/life companion. I'm not talking about the pursuit of perfection. I'm referring to finding a life-long partner.

I doubt anyone would actually fall in love with me as I am at this moment. I can only imagine people falling in love with me when I'm in my mid-late twenties.

What do you think is going to change by then?

I'll probably have a job, live alone, have an actual life and not be as awkward.

Are you working towards any of these goals now?

If so, why do you think it'll be a 5 or so year endeavour? If you applied yourself, you could probably have most of this accomplished in less than a year (not sure how you plan to combat awkwardness though).

If not, why not? And why do you think you'll be inclined to work on these things in the future if you aren't inclined to work on them now?

I'm working very hard to fix my health, so I'll be able to handle that stuff.
