Twirl three times to the right and three to the left under a full moon on a Friday precisely at 10.07PM, then spit 3 times over your left shoulder. It's a 100% guaranteed method that works for everybody, just don't come complaining if the hot girl happens to have an awful character and makes your life a living hell. At least you got what you wanted! ![]()

what are ND courtship traits?
How are they triggered?
I am also wondering this. It would be convenient to know that I can just bypass any sort of individualism in people and just follow an algorithm to get a super-model partner.
Do ND men also have particular courtship traits?
No, there are no fixed sequences or actions you can to take, and it can take many forms. Humans don't have fixed action patterns in their courtship. There are some "rules of the game", but I'm sure I don't know these myself properly yet, and I'm currently at the level of "be yourself and it works". So that is the only simple way to do it (if you are ND). Be yourself, trust that your brain will come up with good ideas of what to do, and just do it regardless of how silly it might sound using your NT filter (at least as long it is legal and morally acceptable).
How did we go from me asking you to explain your "trigger her ND courtship traits" comment to you doing a "be yourself" speech?
I think you misunderstood the situation and thought "hey, there is a PUA method for NDs". That you, as an ND, would need to learn the "ND PUA" method, when NTs do fine with being themselves, makes absolutely no sense. If there is a PUA method for NDs, then it would be NTs that need to learn it, not NDs.
Still, it should not come as a surprise that the first step in making contact with an ND, is with the eye contact game with quick glances. I've done that with hot girls out of my league, and some have reciprocated. Once you have managed that, the next step will be up to you to decide on.
I have even more effective "tips" for ND girls that could trigger a crush, but I'll keep that for myself for the moment.

Actually I was taking the piss out of you because I thought you were talking a load of crap. You made a strong implication that there was some "technique" and I wanted to hear whatever ridiculous justification you had for it. Alliekit also asked for an explanation but you seemed to ignore that.
And now you have again made this implication with your last sentence.

I think that can go under "technique". It's something that happens naturally when you follow a girl and she looks back at you from time to time. Can also happen in a classroom if the girl is sitting in front of you looking back at you regularly. So it is as simple as "girl in front of guy". This setup has been behind at least half of the crushes I ever had. But it needs to be sustained for a while, probably at least 15-30 minutes. If it is repeated, so much better.
Becoming friends with a girl just because you want to date her is gross and not a real friendship.
It's also why people think that the "friend zone" is a real thing-- tricking a girl into thinking that you care about her in a non-sexual way, getting mad when she isn't sexually interested in you, cursing her for only thinking that you're her friend when you've spent your entire time together establishing yourself as her friend. Be honest with your intentions.

I agree with this--and dislike greatly the idea/phrase "friend zone." People who think friendship is a punishment are not going to be good friends or partners.

I don't agree. It's cautious. You get to know the person better and find out more about them. If you still like them after finding out about them then ask them on a proper date and let them know how you feel.
Conversely you find out you don't fancy them anymore as a partner, something doesn't gel, but on the plus side you've made another friend.
I don't think that's wrong, hurtloam. That is approaching someone genuinely, knowing you could accept friendship or a relationship. I think PastIsPrologue was taking issue with those who recognize they have clear emotional feelings for someone, but hide them in a manipulative way because they really just want a relationship, and think friendship is part of a plan to get that. They are lying to themselves and this potential friend/partner.
Eh, what about when being 'just friends' had been clearly established, and you've agreed to it, but one party, either you or them, develops feelings but can't/doesn't/both reveal it because they genuinely want to stay friends and feel it could 'ruin the friendship' but also know it would never work?
Seems and feels like a shade of grey between the false dichotomy of 'just friends' or 'secretly wants relationship, will manipulate to get it'.
Would you really date a homeless man? Have you?

Yeah, but the majority of the population are somewhere in the middle. Neither completely destitute, nor fabulously wealthy. So the chaps on here who think in such extremes of rich and poor are not seeing reality.
Most people just want someone on their own level. I see it all the time with my neighbours. The guys in my street are labourers who drive vans and they have partners who aren't exactly ugly. They're not special, they're just ordinary blokes working away, doing their best.

That's the complete opposite. He's talking about the housewives of whatever county and no I'm not like that. If you don't know what I'm talking about then watch an episode - they expect huge houses, extremely expensive cars, plastic surgery, you name it. I don't ask for much, just someone like me who has a decent job, a middle-class house, a jeep, a great personality - I don't think that's asking too much. I want an equal. I don't expect to be supported and I don't expect to have to support someone else. I'm tired of being stereotyped as a certain kind of woman. Men are good at doing that and I think it is because it makes them feel better about themselves when they don't get the women they want to date.
