Anyway, I'm in almost the same boat. Years of being alone until my late 20s and then I find one girl who would love me. We were together for about 5 months and then I f****d it up. I blew my one chance at happiness.

I don't put any human up on a pedestal sufficient for me to want to pretend to be somebody other than what I am.

Maybe not for you but for most men it is. It's biology but with anything there's always outliers. And said outliers will always try to claim everyone's like them.

had one, it had a few happy weeks in it, then it turned into pain. the pain made me wish at times that it never happened in the first place. relationships are great for normally functioning people who meet compatible other people. any other situation is a variation of pain.

But now I feel really sad. Now that I know what sex is like I want it even more. Yet I have no one now.

Pretty much what the Bible Belt alpha males uphold. In addition to the things you listed, they also suggest punching women in the face, go hunting with an M60, don't read because reading is for "fags" unless it's a porno or sports rag, watch handegg religiously, drink until you pass out, smoke until your nostrils burn, and call anything they consider non-American (Even if what they are targeting IS American!) "weird" or "Satanic".

They've also told me "Suck it the f**k up!" and "You don't live in Africa!" like my feelings are some sort of competition. My older brother also told me I should consider myself lucky for being a "white person in America". What he doesn't seem to get is that not all white people walk in lockstep with each other. The music I like is considered "weird" or "Satanic" and my interest in comics, manga, anime, science fiction, history, culture, paleontology, and other subjects puts me at odds with most Bible Belt citizens. Most of my bullies at school were other white kids and they were the ones telling me I would never "get laid" and considered me a "democrat" for having different outlooks.

Bible Belt culture also enforces gender roles like crazy. Men are strong while women are weak. Men are leaders while women are followers. Loud men are confident while loud women are obnoxious. Men in charge are competent while women in charge are bossy. Sadly, a lot of women take those ideals to heart and want only a "good Christian man" to be their lover, even if the man abuses them.

Except NoFap, this group's goal is noble and true: Porn addiction (and even over masturbation without porn) does cause ED and other problems.
