Ah, I see what you mean. Yeah, I get the impression that most guys don't read the profiles at all; they just flip through the pictures, send out a few messages, and hope they'll wind up in someone's bed for five minutes
I've seen a few girls come up with some clever ideas, like somewhere in the middle of one of their paragraphs will say something like "mention 'sugar smacks' when you write me", so they know the guy is serious.
You didn't object to his invitation and suggest a quiet coffee bar or something instead?

It seems like even the ones who comment about something in my profile are like that. I think it might be because I'm more quiet and awkward than most quiet people. I just added in my profile that I don't have much relationship experience so they might at least get a better idea of what I'm like.
The weather was bad so I thought that it might be more quiet.
Yeah, if someone wants to be in a relationship that fast they are probably are just desperate for a girlfriend and don't actually like me. There's also some guys that make up an idea of what I'm like and then mislead me.
