Did you even watch either of the links I shared? Dr. Michael Gregor is a certified physician who presents research in his videos to promote health and wellness. He was one of the speakers who helped convince the American Heart Association to specify that animal products are atherosclerotic.

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson is a well known psychologist and professor at the University of Toronto who has reached out to millions... he's one of the few psychologists left whose views are centered in realism.

Both links I shared present peer-reviewed research. The first supports the fact that PCOS can be remedied through diet and the second supports the fact that women tend to be highly selective when it comes to dating. Over-generalizing them simply because they're featured on YouTube shows how BIASED and closed-minded you are.

Meeeoow! I wasn't dissing YouTube. I mean anyone can go searching for any info to justify their point.

I could just as easily find articles and videos from scientists who disagree. But I'm not really interested enough to bother debating this.

I'm also not that interested in whether guys are into fat girls because I'm not fat.

Call that closed minded if you will.

You'll never cut a woman with pcos some slack. Well that's your loss. I still don't think you can judge a book by its cover. You don't know what other things are going on in her life that makes eating that kind of healthy pcos controlling diet difficult or affordable to fit into her routine.

I must say, when I'm stressed with work and tired , I don't want to cook healthy meals and I have a regular metabolism. I can't think what it must be like for people who struggle with their weight.

I see this is probably your special interest. I'm not that interested so I won't be any fun to debate with I'm afraid.

I am also attracted by chubby and curvy women. You are most definitely not alone in that, op.

Me too. Are you short, nerdy maybe, babyfaced can I ask? I have been lean for many years and yet lean women weren't attracted to me. I only attract obese girls fro some reason when I tried online dating.

I'm babyfaced and somewhat unmanly looking, and I think this is why slim women don't like my looks. They can afford to be more picky, and tend to go for the media male ideal (masculine/hunky). That's just the way it is.

Do obese women think babyfaced or unmanly-looking men are more likely to choose them?

Relatively lean, but I'm 6'0"-1/2 with long legs and I do wear horn-rimmed glasses. I feel your pain though, brother! Not to sound shallow, but not being seen as attractive by the kind of girls you're attracted to is a massive pain in the a$$! ! >:(

Women who are slim and fit are used to getting hit on all the time, that's why they are generally more selective.

I have about as much sympathy for women's issues as society has for men's issues (very little.) A starch and vegetable based diet is actually more affordable than a meat and dairy based one. There really isn't any excuse besides ignorance and a lack of ability/desire to research.

Wow. You're a gem! 8O

It amazes me how callous people are about other people's issues.

Whose issue am I dismissing?

I reckon diet actually does help a lot. We are what we eat. But hectic lifestyles make doing research and actually preparing the food difficult.

Sometimes you can read and read and read and try this and that and it doesn't actually help.

Life's not simple.

In addition I'd like to say that a lot of aspies online think that what they have personally researched and conclusions they have drawn are the be all and end all. That irritates me.

Life is broader than just our own little bubble. Everyone's circumstances are different.

I dislike arrogance that ignores that.

You used his lack of sympathy as justification for calling him a "gem", which then makes you just as unsympathetic as him.

I agree with this to an extent, but not always.

Personally, I have spent somewhere around 5.000 hours studying nutrition, does me being an aspie mean my opinion has no value?

Isn't it very arrogant to assume that no one has ever reached reasonable conclusions?

I'm lacking sympathy for salowevision? Ok maybe. I was expressing frustration at his lack of sympathy which probably isn't the best way of communicating. I'll try again.
