My post was about my area. I live in a university adjacent city so that’s partly why,

If you really want to get into a relationship, I think dating sites are worth of using even though they are not an easy way. After all, there is no any easy way. I have been using OKCupid and other dating sites for 11 years without finding a relationship and I will continue using them. They increase my chances to get into a relationship and they cost very little (in time, I mean). So it would be an unwise move to abandon them. I hardly meet women anywhere, so they vastly increase my chances. It is a bit like a lottery but you actually have a possibility to win even though it is not going to necessarily happen during this decade. I think that considering long-term probabilities is relevant here.

I’d just be leaving OkCupid. I don’t grt anything from it now that it’s moved to it’s bumble like system that favors hot men and women.
The women in the past I got to talk to me on OkCupid never liked me I just messaged them. Women do not swipe on me no women find me attractive
I’ve been on OkCupid since 2006

I met my better half on OkCupid, but some words of wisdom:

-OkCupid isn't great unless you live in a major metro area. If I was still living Upstate, I would have few choices to go with. And even then, online dating is a game of shallows.
-Paying the $x for the "enhanced" features of free sites/apps isn't a bad move. My now-girlfriend admitted that she found me in part because of the A-Plus features that OkCupid has.
-Having watched the MTV show Catfish, I ALWAYS video chat before meeting someone in person, or at the least verify them extensively on social media. Since I save contacts, I can see if there's a match on social media. Call me a creep/stalker, but fake profiles can be pretty authentic.
-If little else, enjoy the profiles for their entertainment values. I included mention of my "meat and potatoes" philosophical outlook on life on my profile and some profiles are just out there. One girl mentioned that she wasn't into socialists, another mentioned dancing on the graves of liberal, some weird bizarre stuff.

I dont know that site doesn’t seem trustworthy, at best it’s set up to get money from you at worse it could be a scam.
