I'm not going to report anybody to HR for saying that I have pretty blue eyes, or even saying that they wouldn't mind going out with me. I'm just not going to do that.....

This is PC gone haywire if you report every little thing to HR.

Now....if somebody is waiting for me after work after I refused a date with that somebody....that's another matter.

Sure. It starts with a comment about your eyes, then one about your smile, then another about your overall good looks, then a suggestion to meet for drinks, then a discussion about how lonely she is...

... next thing you know, you're waking up in a tub full of ice with a stabbing pain in your back and the words "CALL 911" written on the mirror in red lipstick.
