I always had to chuckle when I looked in the mirror and saw whisker burn. It was a good thing.

Replace bald with beard or any physical trait.

I'm not sure. I've been trying to grow one for a while but without success.

I’ve never liked the way beards look on guys and yes stubble does hurt! I’m bi and I like boys who are more feminine. I don’t think any of my boyfriends have even been capable of growing a beard.

Take testosterone injection; it should work... even on you.

I think it's different for everyone, but I find shorter ones attractive if the face goes with it.

In my opinion do women care beards even less then guys. Some do like them some don't. I dislike the look of my face if it's shaved. For this I keep a moustache. It's not modern of course but I'm not much into fashion.

Obey The Beard

I decided to grow one since I've been working at home for close to a month now. My wife likes it. The first few weeks were terribly itchy and I nearly shaved it all off on more than one occasion. It's still a bit itchy now and then but it's getting to where I don't notice it as much. It's a weird sensation for me because it feels like there's something stuck on/to my face rather than being a part of it. I'll keep it for awhile longer and see how I feel about it this month.

It really depends on the guy's face. Some men look good with a beard, some don't. Some beards grow nicely, some don't. Also, there are different kinds of beards that look good on different kinds of faces.

Also, not all beards feel the same. Some are really soft, others are hard and scratchy.

I really just cannot generalize here.

However, I really hate moustaches. They are horrible. No man in history has ever looked good with one. They should be outlawed. Seriously.

Oh - you are wrong. In movies Tom Sellek as Thomas Magnum for instance. Or Götz George as Horst Schimanski. Both did look like sh*t without a moustache once you were used to see them with it. I always disliked my face without. It looks to plain. But it depends a lot on the face and the beard and there aren't as many guys who look good with it. There are women who like it and some who dislike it. Once a girl in a club showed me to her friend and told him that she totally liked my moustache and that he should grow one as well. He did look anything but happy than.. Same my wife who disliked my beard. I prefere quite long hair as well. Looks just better.

I have grown a beard a few times over the years. I hate shaving, but at the same time having a beard as I dont like the feel and cant stop myself twiddling it. The three women that I have been married to all hated stubble and beards.

Ive always thought that it would be great if you could take some medication as a one off (that didnt have any side effects) that permanently removed all body hair except that on your scalp.

I doubt that its going to happen any time soon if at all.

I think so too. I'm on a med partly cuz it reduces my body & facial hair growth(I'm on it for other reasons too) but it only helps with that a little & there are side-effects.

Sorry if you feel offended. It wasn't my intention, but I *really* hate moustaches. But then I never found either Tom Selleck nor Götz George attractive. Tom Selleck at least is someone I liked in some of his roles.

Since we are at it, hair on women's legs should be outlawed too; since about 99% of men find it gross
