Most real blonds have blue eyes, there seems to be a genetic link.

When I spot a blonde with dark eyes....I usually bet it's dyed.

In my family, blue eyes and brown hair are the most typical set.
The other way around is rare but exists, my neighbours' son comes to my mind - though children here generally tend to have lighter hair than adults, he may grow out of it.

My dad used to have blond hair. It became brown in his 30's. Now he has brown hair and greyish dark blue eyes. I have to wonder if that's what is going to happen to me (my hair becoming brunette) or if I'm going to stay golden blonde with brown eyes.

So blonde(s) with brown eyes can indeed exist naturally. Typically, a fairly reliable way to tell if hair is dyed is to check a person's eyebrows. Usually with natural blond(e)s, their eyebrows are also blond(e). Eyelashes can also be an indicator.
Here, a lot of natural blondes dye their eyebrows dark and use mascara on daily basis.

And expose my (currently) spotty baby face? I think not!

Joke aside, that’s interestingly rare, I browsed like dozen of blonde pics on the internet to see how common it is; and it’s like 95% of blondes are blue eyes.

The blonde turning darker with age seems to be not uncommon too, dirty blondes were often bright blondes as toddlers; I think some people hair change in melanin levels; probably some babies are born with low melanin then it spikes with age later.

Yeah, it's fairly uncommon (blond(e) with brown eyes). I do seem to be an unusual one, especially when you also consider my left-handedness, but that's another topic. :P

Blond(e) in general tends to get darker with age, many lose it completely in adulthood and it becomes brown.

All hair is gray in the dark.

My personal preference is: eyebrows and eyelashes should be easily visible. Other than that, anything goes.

REAL eyebrows, right?  Current fashion over here seems to involve permanent removal of the eyebrow hairs, and replacing them with a 'perfectly' sculpted tattoo.

Definitely, real eyebrows!
And I meant men.

In my area, it seems to be the trend to dye the hair an almost white blond(e) or silver and to leave the eyebrows dark. A significant amount of my naturally dark haired friends have done this.

Personally, I hate wearing mascara and I keep my eyebrows the natural blonde they are. I just avoid using flash in photos.

There's this webcomic called "Weregeek" that I've been following...

Yes over here too. I don't like it, tattooed eyebrows and botoxed lips, it takes all the character out of a face. It's spooky, everyone looks like bloody waxworks from Madame Tussauds.

I'm glad it's rare here.
Really, why not simply look like a real old person? Why make some inhuman mask of one's own face instead?

Impossible standards that social media and society have set. I intend to enjoy every wrinkle, they have been well earned

It's called "fashion" -- like those stupid leggings, head bands, shoulder pads, and over-sprayed hair from the 1980s.

Tattoo eyebrows make me uncomfortable.
