Think more with your head and less with your hormones.

That advice will save you from many different potentially bad situations. Like for instance, obsessing over a girl at work who clearly has a boyfriend and may be taking advantage of you, OR spending money on a girl who you've never even met or aren't dating, OR getting in trouble perhaps even legal trouble because you were horny and you did or said some things that you'll likely regret later.
