75% of women don't oragsm through pentration in the UK at least. It was a fact on tv a few nights ago. So generally foreplay should mainly be on the woman, as apparently most men are done in 3 minutes. It was a very educational night

And now at no additional charge we bring you some totally unsolicited self-observation, and perhaps even self revelation;

Given the state of my health with a constellation of neurological, endocrine, musculoskeletal, and mitochondrial, diseases and dysfunctions adding up to reduce the amount of physical, and mental, energy my body can produce to about 1/3 to 1/4 of what it used to be, I'm not sure I would simply have enough mental energy to learn a new sexual partner's needs, wants, desires, preferences.

There are a lot of times any more that just simply gluing two model parts together drains my mind from the focus required; or, that my mind doesn't have enough energy to focus enough to drive. On really bad days a page of print might as well be ink spatters for all my mind can make of it. Then there was the time before I had to stop working where one day at work I totally completely and fully forgot how a work tool I had used for two decades worked and I was right in the middle of using it; also couldn't remember where home was or our phone number.

And with that being the case it seems entirely possible I might default to selfishness because my mind simply can't process consideration for my partner at times.

Given your description of your condition and my past experiences with practically all the same disease processes
Some years ago . But with a diagnosis of Lyme disease and other associated tick borne infections .
Truly can understand your response .. And am glad you can focus enough to participate here . Hope you get more good days .

Now that I'm awake again, two thoughts come to mind:
One, thanks, appreciate it!
Two, about 5 years ago when my Missouri farm country psychologist who is also a paint horse breeder got Lyme disease - the time at an appointment after she got Lyme when she looked me in the eye and said, "This is how you have been living for fifteen years? I don't know how you do it!"
Thankfully she was eventually able to about 90% recover.

Recovery is serious difficult to have gone through but substantially better than the disease process .
Was lucky enough to find a very Lyme competent Doctor whom I saw for a number of years . The AMA
Claimed she was over treating people but her patients continually improved . So they , the AMA sued her practice repeatedly until she could not keep up. And last I knew she went to consulting only after several years . She could not prescribe anymore . Lost track of her after I moved far away . And , I regressed after that a bit , but not into the impossible position my illness had put me into previously. Circumstances around that time were physically
And emotionally very difficult . But learned much to care for myself by studying and learning from my previous doctor . Am still having issues but have found other doctors.
Am glad you are still having enough health to participate here .

There's so much memes and mocking on male sex performance lately:

I wonder if male performance is getting really that worse? men's testosterone levels have been declining for decades.

^ Don't have Facebook so can't view.

Nah, it's just the agenda. The agenda pushers just happen to be very loud and vocal online. The silent majority is just too busy either working or f*cking to give much of a f*ck.

LOL I mean, as soon as the testosterone level even slightly blips above zero they call it "toxic masculinity".

/sarcastic rant

I'm kind of experiencing the opposite at the moment. I'm having trouble finishing the things that I start, if you know what I mean. Don't think lasting is a problem right now.

I had this problem in the first long relationship; in the second I started to last around 30 minutes (yes I checked the clock out of curiosity), it also highly depends on which round and which position.

I think that an equal amount of men and women can be inconsiderate when it comes to sex. There are some men who think that they can shag with women just because they're women. There are many ways that some women be inconsiderate about sex.

Is it not that people talk about these things more opemyl now, especially with easy access to the internet. People who were fed up and no one to tell can now express those feelings openly.

Have you never read Marie Stopes guide to marriage book? She's got a whole chapter on frustrated wives. This isn't a new concept.

Edit, the book is called Married Love, published in 1918.

Yeah, but also it’s not always the man’s fault; if the woman’s attitude is so bitchy about it (and thinking of “maybe he doesn’t like me” instead of health reasons in the man, which it is the cause in most cases) then that would totally kill the mood.

Why would worrying that the man wasn't attracted to her be a bitchy attitude? Surely that would be more a problem of feeling insecure.
