Didn't Mona only make a conditional statement about the facility's reviews? "If the place has bad reviews..." isn't saying the place has bad reviews, it's just telling something that would follow under the condition that it has bad reviews.

Unless I've misread things somewhere.

I believe Mona was agreeing with me about the reviews but you could be right about it being a conditional statement

Which means...I have no choice but to show you guys the REAL HORRIFYING TRUTH about Kindred Hospital with the reviews!! ! ! ! !

Then you will get to see first-hand what I have been talking about and how murder was a VERY LIKELY scenario for David...

Yes, supporting your claims will definitely make them much more effective.

Of course we need substantial evidence proving that the facility murdered him but the problem is that nobody actually witnessed David on that day because he was alone in his bed which also suggests suicide as a possibility

HOWEVER, there was one person who saw David before his death and is most likely the perpetrator behind the ENTIRE ACT...

His Respiratory Therapist!! !! !!

Sorry for your loss

But perhaps covering up manslaughter or malpractice instead of murder

Wait...I thought "manslaughter" and "murder" were the same thing?

manslaughter is accidently killing someone, murder is intending to kill someone and killing them

Ah, that's the difference!! !

Well...that's the question isn't it?!?

Whether Kindred Hospital killed David deliberately (murder) or accidentally (manslaughter)! !! !! !

I think of the following particular SpongeBob BGM's "Stepping into Danger", "House of Horror" and "Footsteps of Horror" when I think about Kindred Hospital

These songs are heard in the Season 4 special "Have you Seen this Snail?" when Gary opens the door to Grandma's closet and correlates the empty snail shells to Grandma and her plan to fatten up Gary & EAT HIM!! !! !!

Alternatively, video game music like the Shinra theme from Final Fantasy VII also comes to mind with that awful facility...

The hospital is corrupt but it's hard to say for sure if they really DID kill David because nobody other than his Respiratory Therapist witnessed him prior to death

HOWEVER, I find the timing of all of this to be a bit strange...

In this context it would more likely be negligent homicide rather than manslaughter.

Involuntary manslaughter requires recklessness; negligent homicide requires criminal negligence.
Negligence means one has neglected to do something required of them, recklessness means one has consciously chosen to do something with foreseeable risks.

The way I see it, what happened to David was one of the following 2 scenarios:

Either he was killed by his Respiratory Therapist or he committed suicide!! !! !!

But until the facility actually ADMITS that they played a role in David's demise, we will never know the truth and the mystery will remain hidden forever!! !

Here you go WP!! !

Read it & weep...

EDIT: I remember David telling me something very disturbing and strange in the last months of his life that might have foreshadowed all of this

He said:

"If anything were to happen to me, would you be willing to date other men?"

As if he himself knew he did not have much time left!! !! !!

What do you guys make of his statement?!?

I think you need to be careful with making assumptions, from what you posted, David seemed to have serious problems of his own and needed constant monitoring and care over his day to day life.

There was no motive to murder David, don't take this the wrong way, but he seemed cognitively unable to cause enough issues to warrant his murder. He was entirely dependant on the support of others and was hardly planning a scheme truly fiendish enoigh6 behind the scenes that might have posed a serious threat.

"NO MOTIVE" to murder David?!?

What if I was to suggest this then:

Kindred Hospital killed David to stop him from getting married!! !! !!

Isn't that the most reasonable answer?

No, that's not a reasonable answer mostly because they have no reason to care if David got married or not.

How would David getting married change anything for them?

Why would David's respiratory therapist actively seek to kill him?

This is why I believe if the facility were responsible it would be passively rather than actively.
