Although, equating intimidation with security bugs me. Depending on the situation, it can be downright dangerous.

I'm a woman and I can't see why the big emphasis on height either - maybe it's something to do with "alpha males" though. Tall men do seem to get more promotions than shorter men. However, if a woman really wants a partner she wouldn't be so fussy about something like height.
There are some things she should be choosy about eg. the man being kind and caring.

No, of course not. Everybody knows that it correlates to shoe size. :D

I normally don't prefer tall men, I was beaten up by one. I like to be taller than a man because I don't feel that he will hurt me. I don't feel I need a man's protection, I can take care of myself, but I very seldom will stand near a tall man. It would take a tall man ALOT of time to invest to get me to not have that fear factor. But on the flip side, I am very robust/butch, and that intimidates some men. (I don't look butch, though)

Nope. I've spent a fair amount of time in men's locker rooms, and no, not shoe size. Some races tend to have bigger sizes than others, but, beyond that, there really is no way of predicting. I've seen little skinny guys with surprisingly huge wangers, and big tall guys with tiny appendages. Feet, ear and hand size have nothing to do with it. You ladies had better just give up. There is no way of knowing.

What if we just ask them. "HEy, is it worth taking my pants off for?"
