Personally, I would save information like that for after your seeing or dating someone, people are thrown off by little things until they get involved in your life at which point something like being an aspie wont matter because they like you already.

If you want to find out if this girl is still interested, play cool for a little while, and then invite her to something, I wouldnt try for a date, because your co-workers, something as simple as asking her if she wants to grab a drink on a friday night would work. However, you need to ask her in advance so that she wont be able to excuse it by having plans already and watch to see if she leaves herself an out, because if she does, she probably wont show and its over

It isn't ALWAYS a mistake, it depends on how well you know each other and how much they know about AS.

I'm probably going to tell a girl in one of my classes I have it soon. We're fairly good friends and she has already noticed that I can learn things a lot faster and score high in tests without studying a lot. I certainly don't have to worry about her thinking "ret*d" since I got a 100 on a test she failed. :D
