Hi ladies! How are you doing today? :D

Question: Would you rather have a Jennifer Aniston's body or a million dollars?

Same question to men: Would you rather have amazing fit body and a handsome face or a million dollars?

depends on how handsome and fit. If my looks would get me far in life then I would take them, otherwise the money.

i'd choose a height increase to 6'2" or 6'4" over the money, that way i could be a heavyweight rower, but other than that i'd choose the money

I look great. A little increase in excercise bike-time and I'll even be fit.

A million $, please.

I'd buy a small cottage in the country and live out my days at this point :? I'd probably want internet so that I could feel human and connect to people and LOTS OF BOOKS.

I would take the Million anytime. Jennifer Aniston is far too skinny and needs to put on some weight. Hey, I'd even cut her some of the million so she could go out and buy herself some decent meals!

There it is.

Read this whole thread to see if anyone had figured that out. A million dollars is more attractive to women then good looks.

Million bucks.

I don't like J.A and I don't think her body is that great. Also i'd rather not have a 45 year old body.

i was wondering when someone was going to say that. i mean she wasn't BAD on friends, but she certainly isn't the most attractive woman out there

Several people can have a nice body if they want to, if weight is their only issue.. Lots of hard work. Also if you're overweight you could just buy liposuction.

Heehee, couldn't help but come in
I would like to have a million bucks and use part of it to get a personal trainer so I can make my own body less flabby.

I've caught a lot of tips lately that indicate it has less to do with cutting calories (that's what you don't want to do - muscle metabolizes before fat) and more to do with eating more smaller meals and particularly breakfast; they say at least for guys that the size of breakfast is inversely proportionate to waist size and stomach fat (300-500 calorie breakfasts seem to be the best bet); water's crucial too - something like 16 oz's when you first wake up. I'd never thought of it that way but it makes sense, you wake up from not eating or drinking for 8 hours and its no wonder that people's metabolisms are still in fasting mode.

Just check out what advice they have in that department for women; may be a few differences but I'd imagine its similar advice for the most part.
