you've got to look in the mirror and like what you see first. nothing else matters if that condition is not met.

I don't think it has much to do with confidence. It's a pattern that keeps happening.

I wish I could watch you and your BF interact, that would give me some clues at least.

I don't have a BF. I had one a long time ago, but it was long distance.

My friends tell me it's because I'm quiet, but I think it's something else.

or any potential partner in general. if you were to brainstorm all the possible reasons for this, what would they be?

I don't always look at people, I have a young sounding voice, I have trouble mirroring the tone of others, I don't always know what to say, I'm clumsy, sometimes I don't seem very bright.

I think a lot of these things have to do with being sleep deprived or at least get worse from it.

except for the young-sounding voice, i could say those same things about myself, as well. can you fix the sleep deprivation?

Try to do some tricks to look bit older/more mature looking, just a thought.

I don't know how, it's not my realm.

PS: I am certainly not suggesting plastic surgeries.

I was actually recently told that I try to hard to be mature. I don't know exactly why they thought that.

mebbe they meant "try TOO hard to be mature." IOW they might have indirectly been telling you to lighten up a bit, be lighter of spirit.
