So, could be fat people, thin people (much rarer, that), smokers (biggie, that one), drinkers, home educators, photographers, people who eat 'unhealthy' foods in general, people who ride motorbikes, meat-eaters, people who aren't socialists, climate change sceptics, and so on. Oh, and people who aren't self-hating lefties.

Basically, people will judge you regardless of what you eat because people suck. The end. :P

LOL Erisad that was both 100 true and hilariously funny, though I'm aware you didn't mean it like that. Am I right in thinking it was intended as a bitter rant?

I'm not laughing at the fat girls who are feeling judged. I'm laughing at the idiotic judgmental morons.

Um...it's kind of both. I sometimes use humor to cover my bitterness on certain topics. :P

I think some people fail to realize is that sometimes people will eat a salad because they like the taste. My grandma is a large lady (having 4 kids + not exercising or dieting in years will do that) and she'll crave a salad. Not to lose weight but because she wants some damn lettuce. I'm craving the strawberry and spinach salad I make when I'm at home. It tastes so sweet and yet is so healthy. Makes me feel all happy. ^.^

There's a pecan salad with cranberries and mandarin oranges I love to get at one of the restaurants I used to go to-
it comes with some kind of sweet dressing.

So good.

My mom loves this chopped cecilian salad she'll get when we go out. Salami, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese all chopped up together with a lovely vinaigrette. I would love it if it weren't for the tomato. I don't like their texture. >.<

I get all of those things to a certain extent when I am in the high end of "normal" BMI wise.

Asthetically, I should actually keep the weight on, but I feel much better when I'm carrying less fat.

Being thin physically feels good, you don't have to do it just to please the opposite sex...

i feel better because i am fitter, but back in the day when i weighed 110 lbs i felt like crap because i was not fit. being thin doesn't automatically mean healthy - in my case i am healthier now than i was at my *biggest* weight, but i am ALSO healthier now than i was at my *thinnest* weight. a proper healthy diet and exercise have improved my health, and thin people are not necessarily physically active or healthy eaters (and large people are not necessarily lazy junk food eaters).

Yeah, now that I think about it, you're probably right.

When I am at my ideal weight, it's because of proper diet and exercise - maybe that's why i feel so good. :chin:

I hate that stupid song. I much prefer "Fat Bottomed Girls" by Queen. Always makes me smile when I hear it.

Not all men are looking for thinner women.

Enough so that the addition of other factors such as lifestyle or values makes it damned-near impossible.

That's OK. I see what you mean.

Every time someone says or implies "I wouldn't discuss what you're talking about online" it makes me nervous.

Hopefully I have done enough to remain anonymous.

I post no pics of my face and do not disclose my real name or location.

Will that be enough?

Please tell me I come across as just some random anonymous female user, who could be anyone.

*starts to panic and rock back and forth* <-----not really. It's a joke. So far.

I dont think you have posted anything online that you would not say offline. That is the rule I go by.

If I wouldnt say it to a person offline I wouldnt say it to someone online. Stuff I would say to a counsellor or therapist for example, that I wouldnt tell a friend, I wouldnt post on here.

I guess it varies from person to person, some people are very open online, I prefer to keep my private life private.

Hm - I've done both and shared some fairly private stuff here in the past. I'm also listed here down to my town and it would be very easy to work out who I am with that information in mind if you knew me.

No-one's actually twigged yet though.
