I don't like these fad diets; invariably, you put the weight back on--unless you have quite a bit of willpower.

It's better to exercise, and to reduce your food intake in general.

Why do people want a girlfriend, I don't get it. I've never had a girlfriend in my entire life and I'm perfectly fine with that. See it from the bright side, no responsibility. I like having no responsibilities.

True that, but exercise requires quite some willpower aswell.

Men want a girlfriend for various reasons---many of them having to do with making love.

They also want an alternative to just hanging out with men all the time. Women provide a little exoticism.

Women also have a nurturing instinct---which "macho men," quite frankly, don't have.

You can't live with women.....yet you can't live without them! :P

I like having responsibilities. Being in a relsationship is definately harder than being single. Just because soemthing is hard that doens't mean it's not worthwhile.

To have companion in life closer than best friend or sibling.

A good, brisk walk, five days a week, is frequently "exercise enough" for many people

True. Honestly I value the close companionship more than I value sex.

Even during sex I value the closeness more than I value the physical pleasure.

Of course if Yo El doesn't want a girlfriend that's his choice and I respect that.

I see plenty of pretty girls  . No but seriously I think a relationship would be to much of a mental load and would propably make me feel very uncomfortable.

Not all girls are into heavy "relationship" stuff. Some of them just go with the flow. They don't like it if you cheat, though.

When I went to Amsterdam once, I stayed at a place that had a spa where you were REQUIRED to be naked.

With both men and women? Would be awkward if you suddenly get a bit of wood going on down there.

Not if you control yourself. You should try one of those places. Nudity can be quite liberating and I don't mean that in a sexual way.

Women don't find that as important as men tend to think. People with succesful jobs most of the time have better confidence then those with a less succesful job. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think women find confidence one of the most attractive traits in a man( unless it becomes cockiness). Education isn't a big deal neither, as long as you have a passion for something it's fine. Social skills do play a role however, but as long as you don't get nervous around women and stay confident it will be fine. If you get nervous around people, they tend to also get nervous around you. A larger social circle does increase your chances of meeting girls and talking to them. Ofcourse I'm only 17 years old so what do I know? It's not like I'm a women expert just ask women instead.

**tapping on your shoulder**

It's true, you are still young, soon enough you will find out that all these matters are important, regardless of confidence.
