So apparently I’m super unpopular on pof

Also I mistakenly uploaded pics of me to imgar public. And got 14 down votes and a mean comment

Down votes? why would anyone down vote? if they don't like, move on, what sort of sad people down vote? As for leaving a negative comment, who thinks like that? sly you need to realise this is their problem not yours.

So you're ugly, I don't know that, to me you're two feet tall with red fur and pointy ears, but you keep telling us you're ugly so I'll believe you, but there are worse things to be than ugly. For example you could a t**t like the person that made the negative comment.

I wish I was stupid fox, besides the occasional hawk trying to eat it it’s lofe is really good.

I didn’t get any up votes either :( so pretty in one with the time I posted to reddit am I ugly. In terms of dating there’s nothing worse then being ugly. Vent if I met women’s requirements I’d still be unlovable cause I’m ugly. Losing weight won’t solve it either.

I don’t know why you expect anything else from imgr, they hate people uploading pictures of themselves.

Photobucket went paid, so I had to find another free image sharing site. I didn’t and don’t know much about Imgr other then it was recommended and it’s free

Good to hear! I would be frightened if I was popular there as most people on that site are seriously messed up.

SLY
You may already have this but I got fed up trying to work out whether you did or not, it says I've sent it, and it says it's still sitting in my outbox. Computers are not easy when you're a fluffysaurus. :D

Your not model material, I admit it, but then neither are most men. What struck me most about your pictures wasn't your looks though, it was that you looked very uncomfortable/terrified in all of them.

I only saw the three new ones and the front one of the ones you posted because I had to give up on that site after it didn't come through properly after waiting a long time (my computer is old) are they similar in style eg selfies of you standing still. If so I think this is a big mistake you need to get someone else to take photos of you doing something you enjoy doing, I don't mean posing doing an activity, I mean when your doing something and not thinking about photos.

I did not faint, throw up, go into a decline, or have a heart attack at the sight of your photos, you're really not as ugly as you think. You do need to work on photos though.

I see regular guys every day and no I’m not anywhere near as good looking as them. I’m below average at best.

Its easier to lose weight than to cure mental illness.

When mental illness cause weight problems then they go hand in hand.

2/3 Australian adults are overweight.

Do 2/3 fat people in Australia have mental.problems making it harder for them.to keep weight off?

My experiences: I was fat as a teenager and unhealthily lost the weight from an eating disorder and overexercise.

Same.thing when I was 17.

Despite healthy eating and weight training I am fairly weak.

My strength was below average and is only.now just above average many months later.

Almost a year of proper diet and exercise I am not very strong and average in physique. But I don't give up.

I recovered from being both fat and anorexia.

Today I have an unhealthy obsession with healthy diet and exercise causing me lots of stress. It's been like this the whole journey but nearly 4 years later I'm finally becomig healthyish.

So I know.exacty.what you're talking.about.

*sigh*

In my experience, many "fat" people suffer from anxiety, depression, emotional issues, et. al. and they turn to over-eating as a coping mechanism.

Mental illness often causes "fatness," and it's not so easy for some people to simply drop the pounds. "Trying harder" doesn't cure anxiety, depression, or emotional issues.

You've missed my point entirely

80% of american men are overweight.

Do 80% of American men have anxiety, depression or emotional issues?

Depression. The most common mental illness, most studies say 10% of the population suffers from depression a year.

2/3rds of Australians are fat, do 2/3 Australuns have a mental.health problem?

Quite possibly.

You're always going on about how bad modern society is for humanity's well-being.

I just find it odd how some people here are quick to rush to judgement regarding other people's issues while simultaneously pleading for understanding of their own.

I do not judge overweight people with mental health problems setting them back. Most of them try but their emotional eating sets them back.

I judge lazy gluttons who not only don't Try but try to normalize obesity and are mentally healthy. They exist.

modern society is contributing to all this.

Humans have a built in need to conserve energy and maximise calorie consumption. ancestors had less access to food.

We crave sugary and fatty foods since these are calorie dense.

Healthy food costly, junk cheap.

Fast food uses a lot of clever psychology.

People work longer hours than our animals hunting ancestors did and most full timers have to really squeeze an hour of .into.their busy schedules. Meal prep every Sunday for.the week.

Our information of exercise and nutrition while at.its best.is masked by fad diets and flimsy training programs from scammers.

I don't know I'm an optimist.

I think its easier to lose weight than for an aspie to work a full time job or study while working part time and learn to drive and move out and deal with all the banks, companies, etc

Surely people can control their food portions and set aside 15 minutes 3 days a week for.some pedalling on a bike machine.

So our.modern human brains can get PhDs, program computers, etc. But can't be bothered with calories in calories out and just eat/drink whatever they want whenever they want.

Our bodies may not be priority to survival but being overweight fogs the mind so you'd think for optimum brain power we would want to stay moderately healthy.

People don't have to be bodybuilders or athletes, im talking the bare minimum eat.mostly healthy at.controlled portions and walk 20 minutes round the neighborhood a few days a week. Most don't even do this.

Society shapes us in one way or another.
I think it's important to apply that process to everyone else.
The sooner you do that the more you begin to understand and invest less energy on the negative side of people.

You.might be right then.

The psychology of junk food is just too strong and the misinformation too common.

Even young men, typically the most active group according to.many country statistics.

51% of 18-25 year old australians get enough exercise per week. Young. Men.

You've done.it again, modern society.

Turning our men at their peak into.having zero free.time, no.time to cook, sleep on only 4hrs a night, work and study all day and what little free time they drink with the boys because the alcohol relieves stress.and.play video games

It's a topic that did come up tonight where I work.

Scenario:
You're a working Joe with 2 jobs. You don't have the money or time to risk buying ingredients and cook them up wherever you live. You might not even have your own kitchen but share one. Then you have burger joints and KFC selling you food for less than £1 a pop and you can eat it between what you're doing. It comforts you as a bonus and due to a breakdown in metabolism as a result of age it stays with you as well. Obesity and depression prevails in the working class, and heart failure remains a poor person's disease.

Amongst fellow blue collars there are lower expectations and personality wins.
However, in other walks of life it's but 1 component of many needed to get your mate.

Yeah I'm not saying its easy or even feasible .

Modern society directly conflicts a healthy lifestyle and to depend on modern medical care.

Only young people have the.time and energy to be healthy, and even they find it difficult to stay motivated.

Can't imagine how it must be onve yoire older.

Now you see two problem.

People fall off the wagon.and get caght up.with responsibilities but a healthy lifestyle promotes healthy aging.

1 Pound a pop----at KFC? Maybe within the "value menus." And you don't get that much food with them.

A decent meal at KFC is more like 5 Pounds.

I sense that the saver menu is not enough to satiate your chicken urges.
