Okay, most attractive aspie guys in no particular order, Zane, Tech, ToadofSteel, GreenBlue, Haliphron, (the mary magdalene avatar guy who never responds to me in a timely manner) slowmutant, Orwell, Chever, Sand, Accelerator, richarbenson, MemberSix who was banned (XOXO), Mr.Mark, Fnord, twoshots, Tias, and even LPP (just because you're part Jew)

those are the guys on my list,
I don't know the others...

OMG you have my vote just for liking Avant-Garde. I am obsessed with the concept of Avant-Garde.

My ultimate desire is to be an Avant-Garde in media so thats why I picked the name. More importantly since I'm a big proponent of strong stories a Avant-Garde in storytelling as well.

Interesting idea. For some reason, at least in the past 5 or 10 years, the reason I haven't liked the avant-garde label for things is that a lot of people use it condescendingly as a pejorative for what they deem as non-conforming, unworthy of acknowledgment, usually too intelligent or esoteric to fit in....rather indefinitely (well, in the U.S. at least - which is why I shop for most of my music from the UK; seems they don't have the same kind of allergy quite as much). Hope you continue to put a healthy spin on it though or at least make the most of your creative intelligence as I'll keep trying, as for the haters out there - they can suck on some bass :).

the real Avant-Garde are unorthodox and experimental in their implementation of their art. I try to find new ideas, and new ways to make game play, visual style , and overall presentation work but with that needs to be a strong story and I think since the developments in storytelling have remained more or less stagnant I want to discover some new techniques that help tell the story but are not to foreign as to confuse the viewer, player. I want to work primarily in film, and game design.

Its an issue that anyone who tries new things have to face. While there are many avant-garde works if they can't reach the public because the new way doesn't allow them to connect the dots then can it really be considered successful?
