What's the point of a marriage?
Is it symbolic for a life-long love?
Is it needed to fulfill the meaning of family?
Is it all the legal stuff or the belief two individuals share?
I'm not questioning marriage though, I respect all of our choices in this matter.

A contract for a business partnership, actually... I see the phrase "friends with benefits" around her a lot, and I guess you can think of a marriage as a "business partnership with benefits" arrangement.
It would make bad sense to marry anyone you shouldn't trust to help run a business, but that seems to be normal in my part of the world right now - and, as a result, most marriages fall apart pretty quickly, often because of problems with money, trust, or responsibility.
I have no intention of marrying a girl who can't or won't understand that... it's a setup for disaster!
I'm not a very Romantic person, I fear.

That idea actually makes sense. But I don't know, if that's the reason someone would marry me I'd probably say no. I'm not interested in getting married, but as I stated earlier (re-written): Love is a beautiful thing. I think that if I look into those two beautiful eyes of the person I love the most and notice the chemistry between us, almost feeling how every inch of my body wants that person, I'd probably say yes out of sheer love.
I don't want to get married because I can or should. I feel that it's more romantic to say: You can have everything when I'm gone, even though everything's already yours for the taking (metaphorically speaking).
As far as banks and other offices go I don't know, what I mean is that I don't know what the rules are. I don't know if marriage is essential to some benefits.
I agree on the question of trust, that if anything is essential to a steady relationship. Trust and truth. If both are interested in philosophical reasoning of the subject of truth, the relationship may get even better. I hope you understand the meaning though the grammar's a bit rusty. Hehe.
