Screw it, I'm saying it: DeAngelo worked for Thagomizer. ((Not to say it's a miracle thing but some of the ideas in his works are actually very valid))

Personally I gave up on it completely when I realized I was an Aspie. I've always been a very individual, out there kind of guy but the last year has been a liberating time in terms of knowing what I am and not trying to fit in. As always, some people like you for it and others hate you. That's life.

When it comes down to meeting women, I've just accepted that my libido is obviously hooked up to the Radio National transmitter. Every woman I've ever been genuinely attracted to seems to pick up on it - no matter how well I think I'm hiding it. And what it took me years to work out was, that by trying to play it cool I just came across as totally screwed up about my sexuality...like there's something dirty about being attracted to someone??

So I've just given up worrying about whether a woman catches me looking at her, whether my body language is giving me away, whether I blush, stammer, or put my foot in my mouth when I'm talking to her...and believe me I have put it in right up to the knee!! But if you're just being yourself, going about your own business and/or having a good time - and not being a slimebag out on the pull - then that can be an icebreaker in itself...

By the way who is this Dave DeAngelo? He sounds like a dick.
