Do I stand a chance of getting a girl or even...
f them then. This is what I like doing and I'm not going to change because some idiots out there think it's uncool.
Man, this thread is tempting me to go back to the bar and have a few drinks and maybe pickup another girl's number.
So you're trying to make fun of me huh? Rubbing it in that I can't get girls and you can? One of my old friends used to do this all the time.
He was 10-20 times better looking than me and could get just about any girl he wanted. He always teased me. Calling me ugly ( being mean not just playing) making fun me being with a prostitute when I was 15, laughing that I never any before or since then. He used to brag about who he sleeps with the previous night or weekend, knowing that I have no shot of even talking to the girls he's been with.
Though I stop hanging around this person 1-2 years ago, I still have some resentment and anger towards him.
MR20 I just want to say that with your attitude toward your situation that you will never be able to be accepted. Yes to make it in this world you will have to at least somewhat conform to normal societal rules.
Your Asperger's, your gaming, your anime, the way you have been treated, those are all excuses.
It doesn't matter what happens to you in life, what matters is your response. What is your reaction to a situation you are placed in? The reaction you need to have right now is to understand If you begin understand that just a little conformity will get you a long way. You don't have to lose who you are just because you meet some societal standards. Personally I'm a huge gamer but because I have taken the time to learn how to socialize, to mimic the body language, and to learn when certain things are appropriate that I am able to blend in and have jobs. Those who get to know that I'm a good person are much more willing to accept my quirks later on. Sometimes I wear nothing but gaming apparel when I go places... Hat, shirt, jacket, belt buckle, all gaming related stuff. No one minds because they know it's just a small part of what makes me.
and this quote fits for you also
Take the time to make the best of your situation and REALLY do something about it.
f**k conforming if it makes me change who I am
Those are not excuses. It's the people fault for who I am today, for not accepting me. For shunning me and making me feel like an outcast. It's their fault for the way the world is today. They should all pay and they will. By burning in hell for all eternity.

1) make sure to read my entire post
2) It's not everyone's fault that a few people treated you badly
3) They most likely won't be burning in hell
Most of the people I've coming into contact with have treated me the sameway, so it's not just a "few"
3) They most likely won't be burning in hell
You know don't that. They're all evil. Evil = sent to hell
bold
well, you have your answer. you have decided you will not change, and some change is always necessary for a relationship or a friendship. it can be small changes, like washing regularly or like not getting pi$$ed off at the whole NT world (being angry at everyone would not make you a very fun or engaging friend).
not one person in the entire world, whether NT or aspie, is completely accepted for who they are are, and there is good reason for that. we have to interact and live together in society, so if a person will not change themselves at least a little to become less offensive (smell-wise or attitude-wise), then they will create an uncomfortable environment for other people, and other people have no reason to have to accept that. so they will shun you.
you can make small changes and increase your chances, but if that is not acceptable to you then i'm afraid your situation will not change either.

I've tried changing, I've tried to do that for better part of the past 8 years. I've tried to fake interest in the stupid pop culture s**t people are into, I've tried at one point into time to dress with the latest fashion. It's never worked. No matter hard I tried I never fit in. So after awhile I said f it, I'm going to be myself and if people aren't going accept me forget them. I keep trying to tell you people that it's them not me, they're the ones that need changing.
You know what fine then. Enjoy your so called "friends" that are whores, bullies, selfish, self-centered, greedy, and evil bastards. They might rule this world with their evil now, but they will have to answer for it in the next life. All of them will pay for eternity and I'll have the last laugh.
This topic sounds almost like its fit for the haven rather than love and dating.
Yeah, people who are positive are an easy source of entertainment when you're bitter. The positive spin is-- You SOUND decently intelligent, even with all the problems and difficulties people with AS "could" or usually will have with a work environment, if you're smart enough to type out that post-- you're smart enough to at LEAST get a minimum wage job, save up invest and not go homeless.
Yeah, I think the same.. a lot of people are evil. Imo, every single living person or thing has a problem at least on PAR with AS. BPD, NPD, OCD, OCPD, molested as a kid, you name it. You should at least put forth the effort instead of taking the easy way out.

I am certainly sure it's one of the 3.
Sounds like quite a guy.
He had the same attitude as this guy, except he was 41, hated women, made threads about how all women should burn in hell, wouldn't change and wouldn't help himself.
