I know religious people who have more than two partners in a year, I know some I would call children(13-14) who also have partners but they are rarer(or at least I think so, I don't really talk to many 14 year olds) I know a non-religious person who also restricts herself sexually, but I didn't ask why. The two thing just seems like a really off number to me.

That's a disgusting thing to say, I have no problem with women having sex. And would not use the word whore unless I was referring to a prostitute. Even then I don't have anything wrong with prostitutes.
